Location is very central. Perfect for 3 days of exploring beautiful Phuket. The hotel itself is built in Spanish style with a lot of open space and nice furniture. Breakfasts not the best but ok.

The location was excelent, the breakfast was poor but good enough our room was very clean, spacious and cosy. The loud music was playing every night in a pub in front of the hotel. I think they start at 8:00pm and finish between 11:30 or 12:00pm. I could’nt sleep until the music stop. The music was great but louder.

The location was perfect, just around the corner from the Sunday Night Market which is why we booked this hotel. We just stayed the one night, on the Sunday, for this reason. We were given a room on the top floor at the back of the hotel overlooking the pool and it was absolutely perfect. The room was spotlessly clean and very quite so we did not have a disturbed sleep. Breakfast was lovely and we were waited on for this, though there was also a buffet for things like cereals and pastries. The hotel itself is stunning, full of character and charm. The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming, and we would definitely come back here if we were ever to stay in Phuket Old Town again. Nothing!

Very comfortable. Good beds and good bathroom. Very helpful staff. Location right next to the nice old town. Street noise was partly blocked by good insolation of the windows. Unfortunately there we could only get a room on the main road. As the rooms with garden view seem to be quiet, the city view ones are on the main road with lot of traffic during the day. There is a double glass insolation that helps. But you cannot open the window ore use the balcony. After midnight it calms down, also the Bar with live music across stopped at 11.30. try to get a garden room!

We loved the location. Perfect to explore the Old Town, Sunday Night Market, restaurants etc. The staff at the hotel was incredibly attentive, the hotel’s atmosphere beautiful, elegant and bright and quiet at night. Some of the towels needed to be replaced.

It was a beautiful building, and the rooms were very comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool, not the street, so it was nice and quiet. The pool was lovely, but there were so many mosquitoes that we had to flee shortly after emerging from the water.

It was a good part of Old Phuket town so we could go around some places without booking a cab and the room was pretty comfy as well. Just that we were there for only one night so we couldnt really explore much around, the monkey hill which is closeby is what we missed on seeing. The free breakfast that was included with our stay, the lady said we can get onlly limited food and we didnt like that we were limited on eating though it was all included in the price we paid.

Location was great close to all the restaurants and shops. Stayed during the Sunday market so it was very busy. The elevator wasn’t working so we had to do a lot of stair climbing to get to our room. They have a pool but not that inviting.

This was a peaceful oasis in a bustling city. The location is in the heart of old town but our room was quiet and the staff were very kind. We only had 2 nights here and certainly would have enjoyed an even longer stay. We highly recommend it when traveling to Old Town Phuket! Everything was great.

Great location Bed was super hard and so were the pillows. I had a room at the pool side where the curtains hang about 10cm in front of the window. A lot of light comes in.
