Couldn’t have loved it more, the cute coffee shop below was a bonus. Could do a few things to be more sustainable :)

The look The property above is sperate from the coffee shop below? The employees seemed semi unsure so that's my assumption. Whatever you bring you must haul up the stairs, so be prepared for that. Summer room is the closest to the first set of stairs. Walking in its looks nice, spacious even. Everything is basic, the furniture is very uncomfortable and the bed is like sleeping on the floor, zero give. The room itself is very loud, you hear everything going on below and in the walls even if anyone uses the water or takes a shower. The pipes woke me up many times with the loud bangs. They came and made the bed on Thursday and gave us towels but didn't give us any toilet paper? I guess we were using to much? We just bought our own. Overall if you cant sleep well or get cozy, the. The 200$ + cdn isn't worth price.

Amazing place in the middle of Phuket Old Town! The room is very beautiful, with all necessary comfort, we stayed in the 'autumn' room and we had the luxury to have a big roof terrace which created even extra space. There was no reception and the staff of the coffee place downstairs where not really aware to help us to find the key to the room. so it felt a bit unpersonal. (but very easy check in)

The apartment was beautifully furnished: very tidy, artful, and thoughtfully designed. The vibrant colours made the space feel refreshing and enjoyable to be in. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Phuket Old Town. We were also very grateful to the staff for helping us arrange the return of some belongings we accidentally left behind, which they handled kindly and efficiently. Nothing. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great location in the middle of old town. The room was nice and cleaned. Bedding was very comfy. I really enjoyed my stay, too bad it was just a night. I would definitely book this place again!!!

The room is well decorated with a private balcony and has everything you need. This place is located in the heart of the Old Phuket Town and just steps away from famous restaurants and a lot of nice cafes nearby. The self check-in was very convenient and the chat staff was responsive and helpful. Squeaky wood floor and slow draining shower.

It was very nice design, very fresh and very clean. The bed was comfortable and very good location. The kitchen had a big fridge, freezer, cutlery and a microwave. The only small thing that was a bit annoying is that you could hear the base/music in the morning, which disturbed your sleep a little bit if you want to sleep in.

The location is just right in the middle of what you are looking for in Phuket old town. They dedicated a lot of effort to make the place nice The balcony door was broken and needed to figure out a way to close it so the room can maintain the room temperature. However, it was not a major issue

The unit was very spacious with a nice dining table and was quiet despite the fact that there was a Chinese New Year celebration going on the street outside the night we stayed here. We appreciated the coupons provided for free drinks at the coffee shop on the ground floor and that the unit had a nice kitchenette along with numerous provided bottles of water. The bed was large and comfortable. We didn't like that the floor was quite slippery and had 5 or 6 steps down to the bedroom (not a great combination if you need to get up during the night to use the bathroom (which is on the other end of the apartment - though they did supply disposable slippers with grips, which made it a little better). Being on the 3rd floor with no elevator and narrow stairs made it a little challenging with heavy luggage. The water temperature for the shower was a little strange because it was high up and my wife couldn't reach it.

I couldn’t enter the place it was locked and I called the given contact numbers and could not reach to anyone. The PIN number they sent by email did not open the door. I had to book in a different hotel. I want my money back. Poor communication and management of the guest

Great location, easy check in and out process. Bathroom have some musty smell, but I suppose it is the old buildings and pipings and it is hard to manage that.
