Location was perfect for an over night stay, walked from the airport in less than ten minutes, friendly quick check in. The room was well equipped and comfortable and the pool was just what we needed in the heat. We ate in the restaurant and it was delicious. Massage shops and pharmacy nearby. Nothing

I liked how Pikun & Huda were helpful and hospitable. They arranged everything to exceed my expectations and they made me feel very welcomed.d helped in planning my day trip and when to go to the airport. The rooms were gery clean and the hotel was nice. .

Location. Short walk from the airport Old. Basic. Arrived at 9:30pm. Waited 20 minutes for front office staff to appear.

Pool seemed clean. Large room. Staff were nice. No chairs to sit on outside on my deck, even when I asked for some. So for a pool. Walkout its not worth it as you can’t just sit outside to enjoy your coffee on your deck by the pool. No chairs or table inside the room - so it was on the bed for coffee. Was upset that other rooms cheaper had the chairs and even if the room was not occupied I couldn’t use the chairs.

Very bad wifi. Stuff is not helpful, asking fee for anything. I asked to call to car rental, they asked 300 thb. Breakfast is average. Room is large, but that is only plus. The drainage in shower was clogged. I have stayed in two other neighbor hotels, they were providing 10/10 services, regardless being it one night stay.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walking from Phuket International Airport, which makes it perfect for late arrivals or early departures.

We stayed there for one day because it was close to the airport. Since that was our main reason we reserved the hotel, it met our expectations. The room was nice and clean. The noise from the construction outside and we had some issues with the wifi.

There was a little miscommunication, but when I got there, the staff member was so accommodating and so helpful. It was not their fault. It was my fault. The room was very lovely. It was so close to the beach. It was very comfortable. I also love that it’s so close to the airport. I wasn’t really sure where the shopping stores were, but I wasn’t there too long
