The place was clean and comfortable but a little too far from the town area. The room was well organised and had a washing machine and soap for it which was great for us. Generally quiet with a 7/11 at bottom of road. Wanted to pay by card but their system would only allow a maximum of 1500 baht, which is approx £35/ $30 /€30 so we had to transact numerous times, in the end our card refused the payment so we asked for a bank transfer which was far worse, in the end we had to find a cashpoint and be charged 5% extra for withdrawing cash, this was a transaction of approx 10000 Baht which is approx £250, a very poor setup. Don't mind paying cash for street food, beer etc, but hotels is a bit on the dodgy side, contacted booking.com but still waiting for an answer.

Bed was super comfortable, 12pm check out was also a bonus.

The location was exceptional close to all the amenities and the nice Beach right down at the end of the road but the most amazing part of my stay was meeting Opal. He took care of everything and was a very gracious host. The room had wonderful Linens towels and the AC was really good It was so hot.. Made getting around hsrd.

The room was spotless. Didn't expect the kitchenette and the washing machine which was a plus if you travel and need utilities. The location was also great.

Excellent location for this spotlessly clean hotel. You’re within a 15 minute walk to the beach and also to lots of food opportunities and massage including the delightful treehouse spa and massage which was seven minutes away (highly recommend!) Also less than 10 minute walk to the silver Oaks Café which has the best food we’ve had in Phuket so highly recommend them also! Added bonus was the shuttle to the airport for free and we were very glad to stay there. However the biggest bonus was a washer that allowed us to do a small load after our dive trip so grateful for this hotel. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it. Nothing, great hotel!

I feel like we got exactly what we paid for. A nice, clean room with everything you need. Very comfy beds, great sound proofing from neighborhood noises. Will certainly return.

Good location Free one way transfer Friendly staff Even the washing machine in the bathroom No noise from the airport, silent Good for sleep Old apartment, old furniture, cracks on the walls, renovation is needed. But anyway I would stay here again if there are no better options
