The ambiance and that it was near the airport as i missed my flight i had to book a hotel nearby to make sure i wont miss the flight next day the place is great ambiance I had to carry my own luggage but because it was 1 night i kept the check in luggage in the reception and took the hand luggage

Very easy 8 minute flat footpath walk to departures at the airport. The pool was green and scummy, very unappealing. The beach was 200 baht per person. Rip off.

Near to airport Staff with lack of passion .. the receptionist also the driver , and you see no other staff around during check in and check out , not to mentioned any assist

Huge room, great bed, very nice bathroom but above all else the greatest advantage was the proximity of the Phuket airport and the availability of free transfers between hotel and airport on demand (no waiting). I would have loved to have had more time to explore the property but this was just a short overnight layover on a work trip (flying via HKT saved $$$ for some crazy reason). Did not have a chance to try the breakfast due to early departure but I did eat at the restaurant out front (open til 11pm), had a nice meal and certainly enjoyed the convenience. This was everything I needed but obviously mine was a very atypical use case for a resort hotel at a beach destination! The cost felt slightly high based on expectations from earlier stays on Phuket or in other Thai destinations on this trip, but to be fair I didn't truly get to fully take advantage of the offerings (pool, grounds, etc). I'm not sure who stays here if the airport isn't relevant to them. If I had a longer time in Phuket, I would travel down at least as far south as the Surin area or Nai Thon if I could afford it.

Nice property located right near airport with free shuttle. It is walking distance to many restaurants and free beach is not too far away. It's a basic close to the airport hotel

This boutique hotel is a little oasis off the road. Such beautiful gardens and lovely accommodation. We had the large villa and it was great. We didn’t like the location so much. Not a lot around once you walked outside the gates and very limited dining options. But, a short tuk tuk ride solved that. Would like to see them replace the pool furniture. It let them down when everything else was so nice.

The rooms are great. Perfect for a stay over before flying on. The rooms modern and very clean. They also dropped us off at the airport which was very convenient. I would stay here again. The pool needed cleaning and breakfast was very poor.

Room was big. We rented a room called villa, and it was really expensive comparing the other rooms, but the location of the room was really bad, at the end of the area, no place to sit in the garden. The workers were unable to speak English, they even argued in front of me, they were just looking while we were trying to carry our luggages. The worst value for money for a hotel we have ever stayed.
