Baan Suwantawe

This is our third time in the Baan. It always delivers what it promises. Nothing specifically bad about the hotel. It is a P/V choice.

Amazing location and very convenient hotel for a quick stay in Phuket. Room could be more modern but it was functional.

Pool was fine, could use some cleaning and pool chair pillow top need to be replaced. Room was clean and great hot water but during the night there is some sort of pump or something that runs loudly all night. Location was fine is you want to be in a quiet area. No options for breakfast - two boiled eggs, croissant, tea or coffee. 95% of staff not friendly or welcoming at all. Didn't not care to help or answer simple questions.

Very poor breakfast.

The wifi signal was very poor in the room. I expected the room to have a pool facing balcony. But there was no balcony. The TV was very old with DTH channels (very old school). The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Only coffee, two boiled eggs and one croissant. It is not very filling and was expecting much more. The coffee was however very good.

Breakfast was very limited, just coffees croissant and a boiled egg. But that was not a problem as I prefer to eat breakfast out, and there was great bakery across the road

Older furniture, simple breakfast (still better than nothing).

The location of the hotel is great. It's in the Old Town, opposite a supermarket and food hall, on the blue tourist bus route and close to many bars, restaurants and a night market (twice a week, I think). The hotel itself is welcoming (lovely, comfortable lobby and cafe), the rooms are very spacious. Good to have such a central hotel with a decent sized swimming pool. The included breakfast is basic - 2 boiled eggs and a croissant, but a good choice of coffees and teas. There was nothing we didn't like.

I loved the location. It was central and easy to find. The rooms were very large, we needed an extra bed for our daughter and the room was large enough to accommodate this. The breakfast was delicious as well. The pool deck has some rotten pieces that should be addressed soon. Noisy guests running around the hotel around midnight. The hotel itself is very quiet and you can’t hear any city noise.

This feels like a 5 star hotel. They are so clean. Well behavior. I loved it so much... Every time I come to Phuket I will stay in this hotel for sure. Thank you so much for the best service.

Central to everything, especially the Sunday Night Market. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was good too!
