This was such a cute hotel! Walking distance to Old Town, and a very friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable! Nothing, everything was good !

The property was really cute! They had a nice map on the wall with a QR code to a walking tour, which was great! The pool was clean and relaxing and the breakfast was filling and fresh. We even saw a lively wedding taking place at the venue from our balcony. Overall 10/10

The condition was too noisy, technician came and fixed it, but it made no difference still same noise, ruined my night sleeps couple of days

The staff at the front desk were pleasant, polite and helpful. The hotel is easy walking distance to Old Town shops and easy Grab ride to the Rassada Pier It had a hostel feel to it. The hotel is in much need of maintenance and deep cleaning. There are only two lounge chairs by the pool and four chairs for sitting. Not near what is required for the facility but they also did not have any room for any more. The room was large but the bed was not comfortable and as previously mentioned the room is in need of a deep clean. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items, They only offer coffee and black tea. No further selections available. The lady that was making the eggs was rude and very unpleasant. It was evident she did not want to be serving any customers and would outright ignore you if you were waiting to place an order and then give you something you did not order. We only stayed two nights on our stop over to other destinations.

The night we arrived, no one helped us carry our luggage upstairs, even though I was with an elderly person and had two large suitcases, and despite the fact that there were plenty of hotel staff chatting. The hotel ramps are a joke; they're terribly designed because they're very steep, and you could easily hurt your knees. Furthermore, at the first entrance to the hotel, before the pool, there were beds and trash scattered in a garden. This wasn't an isolated incident; they were there every day, collecting dirt, which made me regret my reservation somewhat, seeing everything so filthy.

The staff were nice at first when I checked in The room I was put in was very dirty , it looked like shirts were the just changed. The were stains , dust , water in fridge not to mention the shower was dirty. I have more than 4 pictures the room was just dirty.

Staff of the reception. Only this This is very old hotel. Cleaning 0/10. This place needs to be replaced ASAP. After my complain about the dirty linen, I heard: a bit dirty … is it a problem?? Yes… it is..

Location: 5 blocks from the city center Room smells very bad, dirty. This is NOT a boutique hotel. Breakfast was ok. Its not located near any beach.

Delicious breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, safe area. Free parking is available at the hotel. 2 swimming pools, a gym, and co-working space. Old Town is a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of cafes and massage parlors nearby. Several small markets, a large supermarket, and a 24-hour fruit and vegetable street market are within walking distance, as well as a 7-11. Highly recommended! I would add an aquarium with turtles and fish; it would be more symbolic of the hotel's name and would be even more attractive.

the Room were really spacious and everything was working. everything was great the only thing I didn't like is they don't have a staff and equipments to transfer large luggage's to your room you will have to carry all your luggage yourself to the room.
