Location was central in between Kata and Karon beach but also private and quiet. The villas located in the middle of the resort were overall well appointed and clean. There wasn't anywhere in shower to put shampoo and soap. No hand soap bar or hand was wash was provided; made do with own soap/body wash.

Not much The staff not real good, the restaurant, i ordered lobster bisque, and got shrimp soup. The breakfast a-lot of the things were empty as u went through the breakfast buffet. Just didn’t get a good feel about the place, couldn’t wait to checkout.

The property was located centrally to everything which was nice They bully you into purchasing their meal package. We decided to opt out and the next day went to buy a machine cup of coffee, they charged us more for a cup of coffee and if I would have bought the breakfast package. When I went to talk to manager assistant she was very dismissive. I don’t recommend this place for the stay. Location yes, stay NO

We liked everything about the property. The breakfast was excellent, pool area was excellent , staff were amazing and the general aesthetics of the of the complex were beautiful. Some of the beds were very hard out of a party of 5, 3 beds were hard. Rooms that we were in were dark and didn’t have enough lighting.

Very nice hotel and very good value for money. We had one of the older rooms but it was still beautifully furnished and everything was very clean. The pool was also very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the beach and a few good vegetarian restaurants can be found around. We would come back any time! The breakfast could be improved, especially for vegetarians but it was okay.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly . Always a smile and greeting. They will help you with anything you ask and if they can't resolve it they will find somebody who can. Was our second stay at the Diamond cottages and will return again as the facilities fit our needs. Well positioned in the area we like to visit places. Pools are clean and well maintained as are all the surrounding facilities there. The rooms are cleaned daily, comfy beds, and all you need for a relaxing break. There were a few sharp tiles in the pools on which both myself and my daughter cut both our figure and toes but once reported they were working on it the next day to fix the problem.

Wonderful stay. Beebah was exceptionally helpful ! We were celebrating our birthdays and when we arrived there was a wonderful decoration in our room . Thank you so much for a great few days .

We liked everything about this property. It was perfect for our family. The staff were brilliant. Although we loved the pool bar it wasn’t very pleasing on the eye. Didn’t fit in with the rest of the beautiful resort.

The location of the resort was fantastic. On arrival we were allocated a room but it had an extremely unpleasant odour that we couldn’t tolerate. We contacted front desk and they moved us to another room which was better- however the terrible smell came through the air conditioning every so often in the early hours of the morning. It was tolerable but I think something needs to be done about the problem. The staff on reception and transport etc were fantastic but the staff at breakfast were on the whole very unhappy- I think I only saw one staff member smile in 9 days. Maybe it has something to do with the guests attitude towards them? But my husband and I are very friendly to everyone and expect the same courtesy-on the whole it was a lovely stay and I would definitely stay again BUT- I think some staff training in dining room and bad smell REALLY needs to be dealt with.

Nice hotel in a superb location. If you dont mind a little hill from the beach then its a great. Close to lots of restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach (or a little more to the second one). I had a room in a building between the two main areas so it was very quiet. The hotel complex is pretty chill overall. The room was huge, decent bed, everything was clean. They provide beach/pool towels. I really liked the breakfast. A lot of choices, both local and international. The staff was friendly. Even though I didnt find any any major problems, the price is expensive for what it is. The hotel complex and my room seemed like they remember a lot and some modernization could be useful. The AC was efficient, but pretty noisy. The wifi could be better.

The pool was fabulous Very close to great food and things to do On a VERY steep driveway. If you are lacking fitness this is not the stay for you. And it was so hot (obviously not a problem with the hotel but it made the climb to the hotel more difficult)
