Nice rooms. Good design, The pool is in second floor and has no direct sun. So it is unused.

Quiet and clean. Only 1 toilet roll provided even when we communicated please 2 rolls to the cleaning staff. The first breakfast made my partner sick...the sauage was indigestible preservative filled rubbish. Luckily I had an egg dish that was ok. We didn't have breakfast there again. Street food was much better and safer. The breakfast made my partner sick. Only 1 roll toilet paper.

Good value hotel quite near the ferry to the islands ( 10 mins tuk tuk) Good rooms communication in English is a bit difficult, but it works in the end

Hot was nice and clean. Breakfast was below my expectations, it was hard to get something vegetarian.

Hotel and the room were fabulous. Linen, towels, mattress and pillows all excellent. Lovely swimming pool. The breakfast was dreadful. On our subsequent mornings we gave their included breakfast a miss and paid to have our breakfast elsewhere. The location of this hotel was further out of Old Town than what we had wanted.

Nice rooms Super clean Everyday room service Could leave baggage after checking out Poor english Not the best breakfast if u dont eat meat - really monothonic, for me fine for max 2 days You get water into room but you cant take it away. Small bottles of shampoo and soap - fitable for 1 person and 1 shower, not more

Nothing special. Staff with very poor english. No possible to order taxi or car from staff. Location not very easy to get taxi. Breakfast poor.

location of hotel, space in the room It was the worst experience in Thailand. breakfast was awful, every option was very fatty, the additions ware very cheap, everything in oil. Also i asked the stuff about flat pillow and i got new one - also very thick. In the swimming pool there were no sunbeds, only plastic chairs.

It’s very clean and pretty quiet. If you’re looking for a place to sleep, it’s a good fit. Free parking right in front of the hotel. The pool area is really old and sad-looking and has freezing cold water. The hotel is a bit dated but clean so we didn’t mind. It was good for a couple of nights. Breakfast is very basic and very oily.

Much better than expected. Spacious and comfortable Chinese hotel 10 minutes walk from old town. Breakfast ok, wi-fi solid. Staff friendly. Used swimming pool, water was cold, though. Recommend to visit Phuket town and take trip to islands. Nothing really.
