The position of air con vent is directly on the face Toilet a bit smaller in the Premier Deluxe room.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, so I do not have any sort of service and we're just there to take your money

Pool could be cleaner.

Overall the stay was great, comfortable and the staff were attentive The air conditioning in our room was not working properly but as we were only 2 nights it was not able to be fixed in time

Nothing, everything was spectacular.

The room wasnt clean . It's obvious they don't sweep. The door of the bathroom was damaged and made a really loud noise. Also the bathroom was really dirty.

The view from the roof top restaurant was beautiful, the food and entertainment was great, the location to Old Phuket town was 2 blocks away, the night markets were amazing and the breakfast was superb. the hotel lobby in fantastic and the staff where very friendly, great value for money, I differently would stay there again

The location is ideal. Very close to the Sunday market without being in it. Great restaurants within walking distance and bus station is close by. Staff are extremely attentive… any issues were addressed immediately (often within minutes). In the hottest part of the day the pool is in direct sunlight. Not really a negative - it’s just not ideal if you’re prone to sunburn. If you’re an early riser, the pool is perfectly shaded to get an early morning swim and it is a lovely place to soak after a day of exploring and watch the stars.

Washroom and toiletries could be better

Noise from the street. The rooms were a little bit dated, but there were already renovations going on.

On the floor above me, renovations are being carried out at the reception, they knew thet and yet they gave me a room when there was noise from hammers, banging and drilling. The place is always dirty in the elevator and the hallways. Even though I went to reception, they did not solve my problem. The hotel is very old, the furniture is old, the toilets are old and the water is barely flushed, the shower sprays in all directions, there is scale and stains on the walls and ceiling. The breakfast is very boring and aimed at a certain Indian and Chinese population, all the other guests eat what is available. Do not come to this hotel. The staff is really not interested in the customers. Location is good The room feels damp and humid even with air conditioning. The air condition is very loud.

RPCH is one of the more established hotels in the area, offering everything one would expect from a quality hotel stay. It is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from the main Old Town shopping strip. The property is pleasant and large, well‑equipped with amenities typical of a full‑service hotel, including a swimming pool, restaurant, and rooftop bar. A taxi from the airport will take you about 45 minutes to an hour, and cost around THB650. There are eateries, reputable massage parlors, and a 7-Eleven just across from the hotel. The lobby is impressively spacious, with ample seating for when you are waiting for the free town bus shuttle, or hanging out with friends for midnight chats. There is also free lemonade and water provided for guests in the lobby. I was in town for a wedding which was also hosted at RPCH. I booked a premier superior, costing about THB2,500 per night over the weekend. I given a wonderfully generous corner room, that came with large windows and stunning views of the Andaman Sea. The room was supposed to come with a queen bed but it felt more like a king to me. Absolutely clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate wet shower area, complete amenities, and an ample supply of towels. Additional touches enhanced the stay, such as a refreshing welcome coconut, two complementary bottles of water every day, and a wide selection of television channels. Housekeeping was nice enough to provide a turndown service as well. If you go for the breakfast option, the buffet leans towards a continental-styled breakfast. Adequate and convenient, but there are more appetizing local breakfast options in the area. Checking-in and -out was a breeze and took little to no time at all. There is a required cash deposit of THB1000, which you can also pay in foreign currencies. My compliments to Juanita and the rest of the friendly and accommodating staff at the RPCH. Not a fault per se, but the hotel does seem to lean towards a business/conference atmosphere. In terms of the room, the air-conditioning does take a while to cool the room, especially on hot afternoons.

The room was very spacious and had a very luxury setting. They clean the rooms everyday and you get many amenities in the room. Like speed Wifi, Coffee, Tea, water bottles and many more. They even offered us to use the gym facilities and sauna for free. The hotel had a swimming pool which helped us relax after walking around old town Phuket in the evening. The hotel is close to all the attractions in Old Town Phuket. Even the bus terminal is close by plus the smart bus which travels around the city stops at the hotel. Even the food in the hotel was great.

Cold water in the shower. Breakfast very crowded and staff somewhat overwhelmed. Missing an egg station for breakfast.

The location is nice and within walking to most of the touristy old town areas. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The whole place was old old old. The furniture felt old and the lobby felt old as well. The restaurants were quite expensive for an old hotel and the spa packages were also expensive. In general, everything felt old and overpriced for a hotel that isn't a name brand.
