Great place to stay ?

Location and price The shower is not separated and all the floor gets easily wet, I slipped and almost fell. Also, the curtains are black out but the sunlight comes into the room because the bathroom window allows all the light going straight into the bed side from 6:30am and the room gets very hot.

The hotel has a good location in the old city. It was fantastic value price wize. There is free tea/coffee/fruits/simple cakes+bread every day until noon - provided in a dining area The hotel is modern, there is an elevator We took the most expensive room which was still very cheap, it was large with mini bar for our own use and kettle The swimming pool is tiny so not really for swimming, we were suprised to see that there were quite a few people lounging around it every day so I suppose it serves a need but not if you like to swim. Staff were ok but a bit distant and impersonal compared to what we saw at other places we stayed Our room has some seats but they were not that comfortable, it also had a coffee machine which did not work well even when replaced.

Location is great, room was okay, and breakfast was a bit small. The room colors and decorations look like a child painted it. The breakfast did not have much to drink.

Location was great, liked the unexpected breakfast, effort made to make this place stand out. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Reason it didn't get higher were 2 reasons. One, absolutely the loud door slamming. They definitely need to get working on this-doors aren't sealed and/or hollow. Sleep disrupted several nights. And, two, I tried to use the TV to cover the noise, and at its loudest, I could barely hear it.

Excellent location to Old town Phuket. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. It is set back from the busy road so it isn’t loud at night. The beds are really comfortable, the pool is a nice plus, and it has a washing machine/dryer so you can do a load if needed. The complimentary continental breakfast was also a plus. Also, they sell some sundries should you need them at a low cost. Cold beverages and ice cream can be purchased as well for a low cost. The doors to the rooms are loud when people don’t shot them softly. A minor complaint but the hotel could put some dampening things on the doors so they don’t slam.

The place is very beautiful and well looked after. The room was spacious, and the towels were folded like animals (dog elephant and dinosaur). Had a lovely stay. Did not use the pool as it was small and full of children, but that did not impact on my stay, and if you are coming with children, it is definitely a go-to! After my stay, there was a little misunderstanding with a deposit that was refunded to me. I was woken up at 7 am on the following day with a phone call and numerous messages from the staff asking me to refund the money, which I had no problems with and said would do later on the day with my partner. It had only been 2-3 hours since the phone call, and they were spamming me like crazy! I was at the beach snorkeling and received numerous calls, CCTV screenshots of me and the money (which to me had a threatening tone to it), as well as a staff member messaging me from her personal phone number asking for me to consider refunding the money otherwise she would have to do it herself as it was her mistake - which a breach of my personal data. The money was refuded. That did not impact my stay in itself, but it definitely bothered me as it impacted the rest of my trip, especially because I felt harassed despite having already agreed to send the money back. Nonetheless, this was a misunderstanding, and my stay was pleasant. I still recommend the hotel
