My uncle recommended this place since he lives close by. I saw the reviews were spectacular and for good reason. The care and kindness from Pascal and Si and Noisette and Deng are exquisite and extraordinary. I went w mom who struggles with depression and walking. Pascal was very kind and went out of her way to make mom feel comfortable and cared for. At one time she even cleaned the sand in the bathroom and even from mom’s bathing suit. I’m not saying this so that you can expect this! Because please do not trek sand in. There’s a shower outside we later found out. I’m just sharing the moment of compassion that touched our hearts. ? Nothing.

Comfortable bed Kind staff Spacious room Thin walls, so can hear a lot of talking from the terrace when trying to sleep. Also, a couple really needs to be 'quiet' here for this reason...

Great location, close to several authentic Thai places to eat, close to one of the best beaches in Phuket. The hotel is super clean and cosy and Pascale and her staff make you feel at home. She helped us to fix a bottle of a nice prosecco for our friend's birthday with no time and also helped us to find the best prices on boats and shuttles. Definitely staying there again when we are back to Surin.

Exceptional

I have done a lot of travelling around Thailand. This by far was the best place that I have stayed. The host was one of the most lovely French ladies I’ve ever met in my life, so accommodating helpful and pleasant I would strongly recommend anybody looking to say in Bang Tower to stay here.

This small hotel is perfect for people looking for a relaxing holiday. It is located in a residential neighborhood, thus far from noisy places or people, and nearby both Surin and Bang Tao beaches. It's also very clean, well maintained, and a very nice breakfast is offered every day. On top of all this, the owners are the sweetest and nicest people one could wish to meet in the holidays, talkative and always willing to help! I recommend Similan Hotel without a doubt! -

The host, Pascale and her husband are very warm, friendly and accommodating people. The hotel is spacious and comfortable. There's a large dining, sitting area at the front of the property where breakfast is served. It also offers space to relax outside of your room. The room itself was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. The air conditioner and a fan were very helpful to cool the room. We had a decent bathroom with a good shower. We didn't book breakfast, but Pascale offered it to us anyway and it was always very delicious. What was on offer varied, which kept it interesting, some days it was exotic fruits, toast, jam and croissants, and she would ask is we would like pancakes or omelettes too, everything was great. My partner and I love dogs, and so the addition of some neighbourhood dogs coming to visit, for us, was a bonus and a pleasure. Pascale was able to rent us one of her own mopeds, which was extremely convenient as we didn't have to travel anywhere or pay high prices, we paid a fair price and could have rented for multiple days if we needed. There wasn't anything we didn't like, everything was really great.

Pascal was a very gracious host and made our stay there all the more lovely. The bedroom and toilet were super clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Location was great (we had a car) and a short drive to the beach, shops, and there were many cafes/resraurants within walking distance as well. Nothing.

The bed was great, very big and a very hard mattress (which isn't for everyone!). Lots of space and storage. The lounge is a great space for a bit of morning yoga if you're into that.. Didn't use the AC so can't comment on that. Location wasn't great for me as I didn't want to drive/ride a scooter, but it was fine for a few days. 15-20 min walk to either beach. The room can get very noisy at night as facing the road, and there is a mosque nearby so you'll get the 5 am start.

Nice welcoming. Is small family hotel. We felt like in our friends house. Room big, clean. In neibourhood couple of local restorants. 15 min walk from the Surin Beach. Quite place ouside from main street and big hotels. Totally local place. Nothing

Very comfortable stay. Great hotel. The breakfast is super worth it. Friendly host. I can recommend this place. Also try out the restaurant Pooh and friends nearby. Location - it's a bit far from everything, so make sure you have a plan for mobility. It's not fully quiet at night, there is a mosque closeby and you can hear a motorcycle passing by on the street. Fortunately, there are not that many as this is a side street. Also, it would have been great if the host enforced the smoking ban on the hotel terrace. But overall, it's definitely worth staying here.
