My Room, the view from my room, the food, The pools The Rooftop Bar not being open at times...

The amount of pools 1. Our room was ready 3 hours later than check in time. They told us multiple lies and excuses about getting us in our room, while getting others in rooms before us. This was the only time in our entire Thailand trip that we had poor customer service. 2. Our room was dirty, we had to push the bed aside and there were piles of hair and dirt. Towels had stains on them. 3. The bartenders… don’t expect a quick drink or friendly service. The last straw for me was when a girl in our group caught a bartender taking a picture of her on his phone and walked away denying it when she called him out.

The atmosphere was amazing, staff was very helpful and friendly! Breathtaking views from the rooftop pool, tasty food and great cocktails! We had everything we needed and more! We are very satisfied and definitely coming back to this beautiful resort!

We were upgraded for our anniversary to a three bed villa as we were staying with family which was very kind. The property was stunning, spacious and very well designed, all the amenities you need including a washing machine, mini bar and private pool were fantastic. Nothing to dislike about the property itself, but there was unfortunately a power outage on our last night, which meant we were in complete darkness, couldn't use anything in the villa, and could not sleep as there was no air con on a very humid night.

Starbucks, clean, friendly bar staff Too isolated from other places, not pram friendly due to stairs, kids pool wasn’t operational, other patrons were very rude,

Staff is nice and we had a room good for our needs with separate bedrooms. The kids pool was poor. The water was never on, like in the pictures making it just boring and slides dangerous. Kids room is also not very well maintained and no windows. In the breakfast they brought bacon from the fridge and put it warm in under the heating lamp. There are stairs everywhere, the complex is a maze so dont bother bringing a stroller.

The location is great, near big street of surin and the beach Room are big enough with basic necessary equipment It’s a big factory, staff is not very welcomed, thins wall in room, and facilities were very limited

Had a lot of maintenance going on. A little run down

Maybe just the location. Unfortunately only this. It s just fine. Stuff is not helpful at all. Booked transfer with them they forgot. Check out lasts 40 min. It s not clean. It s too big to keep it clean I guess.. they barely clean rooms or forget to clean during some days. On the corridor during night there is a hotel music playing all night- ringing bells which is so annoying to fall asleep. Lots of people from travel agencies- these are the guests they take care of.
