Outside noise, wind was quite audible.

My room was on the top floors and it was a corner room so it has two windows with a pretty good view. The staff always helped me with organizing transfers, bike or car. Since the windows faced the street, there was constant road noise. But earplugs solved this problem.

They couldn't find our reservations when we arrived. The room Wi-Fi was intermittent and there was none on the balcony. The ocean view was non-existent and we asked for a shuttle to the airport in the morning and when we got there they asked for 700 Thai baht which was never mentioned or listed anywhere.

The hotel was like a budget option, which was expected, and it matched the price we paid. We booked a family room and from the pictures it looked like it included a full kitchen, but in reality we only had a water boiler, fridge, and microwave. Just a heads-up that not all rooms come with a full kitchen, so it’s worth double-checking before booking. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the location was quite good—only about a 10-minute walk to Surin Beach. The beach in this area is much cleaner and quieter compared to Patong, which we appreciated. There were a decent number of shops nearby, but the overall Surin area is very quiet with not much to do, so it’s ideal if you’re looking for a more relaxed stay. We spent most of our time out and about, so the hotel worked well for us in that se The hotel was decent and good for the price, but what I didn’t like was the area—it was very quiet with not much to do. Surin is more for a peaceful stay, so if you’re looking for action or nightlife, this might not be the best choice

(SEE BAD COMMENTS FIRST) AM SURIN PLACE has a good location 5 min walking to Surin beach with calm green water, the breakfast was nice. I cant even say what I liked because I didn’t get to see the room. When we arrived, the receptionist just told us “no room available, full full, we send you other hotel” (We had a payed reservation for over a month). A car that was not even a taxi drove us to this random other hotel AM SURIN PLACE, it looked okay but the first assigned room had a NOT FUNCTIONING AC (which is unbearable to Phuket heat, it was 31 degrees in the room at night), after complaining a guy tried to “fix” it by pressing the buttons, and after 10 minutes accepted to change our room, a new one with twin bed instead of double (ok to have working AC), beautiful room but the smell was really bad and the shower was weaker than a beach shower.
