The only thing, which has nothing to do with the staff or facilities, was the electric pole right in front of my wonderful balcony.

Hi I would like to report your female employee/ waitress June 15 and June 16, 2026 evening night shift, the one with an oblong face and the nosiest one female employee for being so rude, mocking and laughing, like when I respond Khop Khun Kha to your waiter, she mocking because I am not Thai. I hear her laughing and mocking until I got upstairs and when I pass by. She was so rude and didn’t have respect to customers. Please teach her a lesson. The girl waitress with oblong face and laughs very hard and very noisy. June 15 & 16 evening night shift girl waitress. Thanks

Close to the beach, very friendly staff, good breakfast, towels for the beach. Comfortable beds, hot shower.....what more can you ask for.

Every thing just great. Nothing I disliked.

I was very pleasantly surprised, the standard room with sea view was large, very clean, and also had a large balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the American breakfast (included) was the best I’ve had in Thailand (I’ve been coming here for five years).

Beautiful cosy hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were 10/10. Room service was great. 5min walk from beach. -

The hotel is well located, walking distance to the Surin beach. Spacious room with comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Not easy to find, as the Hotel reception is inside a restaurant. TV did not have English channels.

Located close to beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Free breakfast welcomed. Excellent place to stay in nice quiet location Beds just a little too firm but that was just a preference others might like a super firm mattress.

This place is a good value. The room is a nice size, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom, albeit plain, is of a good size. We loved the staff and it is conveniently close to the beach. The property is a bit tired and dated, and it is right on a busy road so it's noisy and busy during the day, less so at night. But the staff compensated for all that - very helpful and nice, we enjoyed their service. Breakfast was good and you could order whatever you like. It was a bit noisy b/c traffic is meters away from the restaurant's open area. The view isn't great and it definitely is not a resort, but its close proximity to a few restaurants and the beach is convenient.

Perfect location, very close to the beach and to some restaurants. The staff was great and very nice when we had to check out. The room was basic but with all essentials, but for the price it was a great deal.

The position is great, just a few steps from Surin Beach, a huge beach with amazing cristal clear water. The staff was kind and super available, food in the hotel is good. .

Everything! Exceptional clean! The full team was so helpful and friendly. They make you feel like home! Really appreciate the patience and the help. The location was properly. Close to pharmacies, 7 -11 stores and around 5 minutos walking to the beach.
