The pools and slides are great, many activities for kids, lovely staff, very helpful and nice. You really feel welcome at the hotel, they do everything to help and to make sure you enjoy your stay. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice breakfast with everyone you need. Low water pressure in the shower

Staff were fantastic and helpful at every situation. Our children loved the pool and the ease of access from door too pool. Surin beach just a stone throw away too. Facilities need an update. Staff clearly are doing all they can but some money needs to be put into some updates.

We were given a ground floor room as requested. The comfortable room, with a lounge, led off to an amazing pool. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Could walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in the area. Hotel was off the main road and hence quiet at night. The pool closed at 19h00.... in Thailand where it is 30deg plus ?

Wonderful stay! The hotel is very clean, kids-friendly, and perfect for families. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and truly appreciated the excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again!

Staff were very nice and approachable Everything else,run down hotel , moldy rooms,dirty carpets, uncomfortable matress,low water pressure if you are higher floors,roof leaking ,,save your hard earned money for a better hotel.The area is very quiet in the low season we ended up getting transport to kata and karon most nights,even next door Kamala area is much better option with kids.Avoid this property

We were a couple, and the hotel reallty is geared for faimlies, lots for the kids to do , I think if we had children it woud be a good choice hotel, for Just 2 people maybe another choice would be a good idea.

In the restaurant, too much time to bring the ordered dishes in lunch time. Not deserved to get those prices on menu.

The food and drinks were very expensive for Thailand and because there weren’t many people at the bars there was often no staff to serve us.

Location is just infront of of Surin Beach, good swiming pool, kids enjoyed a lot at Kids world play area. Breakfast is western spread with few Indian dishes.. staff are co-operative and supportive, special thanks to Ms. Champika for her hospitality.

This was our second stay and overall we enjoyed it. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and a nearby supermarket, and the pool is great for kids. Champi, the Food & Beverage Manager, was a real standout — consistently welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring, making breakfasts something we looked forward to each day. Kob from Customer Relations and Peach from Tours & Activities were also fantastic and helped make the kids feel especially welcome. The hotel is starting to feel dated, and maintenance issues impacted the stay. Our air-conditioning failed midstay with a burnt smell, though the night duty manager handled the room move well. The lift was also out of order for several days, which unfortunately was the same issue we experienced on our previous visit. The pool bar staff seemed inexperienced and lacking enthusiasm to help.

The welcome, hospitality, and service from the staff were very professional and wonderful. Their names were Dino, Miew, and Lunn, as well as those who welcomed me at the gate. The place was very clean and well-organized, and I truly enjoyed my visit to the resort. It was an amazing experience that I would definitely love to repeat. Transportation to the beach.
