We just got the complain form guest and would like to get the refund because of the restaurants photo which misleading him that hotel is on the beach. Guests also assumed that the restaurants above are in resort but not. Only 3 dining venues are located in the resort: Oriental Spoon Restaurant, Wagyu Steakhouse and Pool Bar

Adding a kids club would be fun for kids

Check in was efficient. Really enjoyed choosing pillows and the fresh flower scent for our room. We had a room with a walk out directly to the swimming pool river and loved it. Buffet breakfast, and coffee selection, is excellent with much variety. The gym is well equipped, clean, and includes a sauna. There is a lovely quiet library available with many shelves of books and tables to use. The Beach Club, a 10 minute shuttle ride from the hotel, is on a lovely long stretch of beach perfect for a walk, or a meal from one of the many restaurants on the beach front. Highly recommend. The ceiling fan for the outdoor patio did not provide enough breeze to cool off the space.

The key drawback was the location, feeling detached from nature and the sea, situated across from a car park and undeveloped beach. Additionally, the surrounding area was neglected, with subpar restaurants and amenities, making it less enjoyable for those seeking a complete resort experience."

The hotel is really exceptional!The facilities,the pool,the gardens,the penthouse loft with private pool fabulous.Nice breakfast and fruits.Complimentary fruits in the afternoon is great refreshment.You have everything near ,in the vicinity- restaurants,7-11,massages,market,beach..Cimplimenyary transfer to The Catch club(great!!!) and The Shimmer. Our hostess Bank was so nice and kind,and helpfull,fast ...Great!! The only thing that could be done better is breakfast lounge,where thwre is not enough tables to sit all the guests,that arrive at the same time,and that they could fill some plates faster when empty.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool and the overall design of the hotel were exceptional. I highly recommend the Twinpalms Surin Beach Hotel.

Proximity to the beach, food and shops. Comfortable beds, staff friendly and very accommodating . Enjoyed the free yoga class option. Great gym Not impressed with food from beach bar- not hot when delivered

We loved the room with walking access to the gorgeous and serene garden/pool area. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, constantly providing excellent service. The check-in experience was incredible.

They lied in the booking picture they but beach pictures , so I thought this is beachfront resort when I arrived to the resort I discovered that the resort it’s not beach resort they only have swimming pool. They don’t have beach in the resort.

The staff was extremely kind and helpfull, the room was more than excellent, everything was splendid! Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful setting, lovely pool area. Good sized rooms Would have liked a nice cocktail lounge for evenings. Pool bar very good but closed at 5.30.
