Check in experience was sub-standard, had to wait for a long time at an unmanned reception area. Couldn't get anyone to bring us towels, and it seemed like the staff didn't care.

Room and location were great Ice tray was not clean from previous guest. Probably could have provided more towels. Reception was not at the desk most of the time.

Close to the beach, shops and cafes. Water bottles replenished daily. Value for money on the discounted price. Friendly staff. Balconies of the opposite apartments were a bit too close for comfort. Small bathroom, bad lighting - very dark. Fat splutter stains on the wall in the kitchen. WiFi not great.

The is close to Surin Beach and Bang Thao Beach. The floor is not that clean.

Bed was soft and comfy. Room smelled so bad, bathroom was dirty tiles dirty had such a bad odour. We left our aircon on all day came back to the room they took the card which turned electricity off. They don't clean room. Bathroom door was broken.

Location, gym, really nice pool area, daily housekeeping. Housekeeping staff was super friendly. The air con was broken one day and they came to fix it within an hour! Check-in and communication beforehand was a little poor. I had to call another agency to contact someone for my check-in. However, everything else was very smooth and good.

Fitness centre and pool were in a different building. No undercover to access them. Tiny room

Elevator was broken for many days, barn door style bathroom door was off the rails, WiFi was horrible, front staff not helpful when receiving a parcel (took a few days to track it down), very cramped for a one bedroom.

It was close to the beach It’s run by 3 different companies and out side some of the rooms there’s pigeon poo everywhere.

it was in a quiet location but difficult to find if you had to find it yourself. it felt like a hostel where people came and went. The pool wasn’t used while I was there, and there were no staff at Reception. One had to call a number to receive instructions.
