There were never enough pool towels. There are so many light switches in the room, that you always turn on the wrong lights and wake everybody up

Location, and service The hotel is located on a beach that is inaccessible due to algae. The sand changes from white to black and there is mud at the waterline. The children were given the second floor, which is awkward to get up to and the ceiling is low. The dining room has no air conditioning, is full of flies and pigeons, and the vegetables are not always replenished. The room is small and the price is very expensive for the value. I will not return at this price.

the nice beach for swimming is a bit of a walk down the coast line, the rest of the experience was amazing

Breakfast was good with so many multiple options, staff was great, pools were nice There is no beach, you can't go swim. Other guests are were very loud and inconsiderate, especially from Israel- so many of them, and staff did not do anything about it. At one point we had to call security as there were 20 ppl in the pool after 11 pm

As a family we booked on ocean view room and 2 x pool view Thai Village rooms. The ocean view room seemed very dated, the air conditioning was ridiculously loud, the shower was dirty all around the edge, you could hear people in the next room all of the time, this room was not worth the money, although it was larger the rooms in the Thai Village were more modern with quieter air conditioning and more powerful showers. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, long queues at the egg station and alot of the food was cold. The ocean view room (this was dated and needs updating). The air conditioning was very loud and the shower tray was very dirty around the edge and the shower was not very powerful. This hotel was more 4* than 5* apart from Prego there are not many nice restaurants near to the hotel.

Location was away from the noice yet nice proximity to the vibes. Hygiene is not anyway near the standards. Service is horrible; never seen staff skipping guest requests in thailand before. Service staff barely understand and deliver requests. Intense mosquitos in the rooms, we complained twice and not effective. Receptionists offer zero understanding of guest requirements. It is below average! Even massage staff was wearing a ring while doing massage to my wife and hurt her! Dont come here…
