Very little lighting over the entire hotel, including the room which made it feel a bit abandoned.

The property was fantastic, the owner is so kind and we felt welcomed from the moment that we arrived. The pool is great and the room comfortable, and it is 1 minute walk from the beach through their sister property, which is ran by the owner's husband, who was extremely kind and welcoming as well. They have a restaurant at the sister property and the food was fantastic. Our family will be back for sure. Everything was great!

The beach is just opposite the property. Property is dated, but still functioning well. This hotel is near to cafes, eateries, bars and night market, but also slightly situated away from the crowd for a comfortable night’s sleep. The lady boss in the counter was very helpful & friendly. She shared alot of places to visit, and how to get there. Property was a bit dark and dated, but that was not a problem.

We arrived at a very neglected place. It seems that years have not renovated the place and the level of cleanliness is very poor. Around the pool full of greenery and mold. The place belongs to a nice lady and her husband. They really very nice people but this is where the good experience ends. Throughout our stay there we scratched, and this is a review we saw that repeated itself a lot in the comments. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. On the positive side when we asked - they came to clean the room, but it needs much more than cleaning. Everything needs to be renewed there. In our opinion this is not a worthy place to entertain the family. Maybe it could suit backpackers.

Great place, clean rooms, direct access to the beach where there’s also a restaurant (with Seabreeze Bungalows which are owned by the husband). Lovely pool etc. N/A

Central location in Lamai; very close to the beach. Spacious room, comfortable bed & nice swimming pool. Puk, the owner/manager, was friendly & helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the beach. Puk’s husband, Piya, has a very nice restaurant beside the beach. I ate some very tasty Thai food there. I enjoyed my stay at Samui Seabreeze Place and highly recommend it. It’s an authentic well-established hotel and very good value for money.

The owner is the best we’ve had in 5 months of travelling, great recommendations + extremely helpful and friendly, room was clean, pool is beautiful after a hot day, extremely good value for money. Highly recommend

This is a lovely hotel, the room was clean & comfortable. The pool area is great. Bo on reception was so welcoming & helped us rent a scooter, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant, which is run by her husband Puk is great value for money & the food is delicious. Puk is friendly & I don’t understand previous bad reviews about him. This is a fantastic hotel & we will definitely stay again. Nothing

Good location ,5 mins walk to main beach ,4 mins to main bars. Quite location. Had a few minor problems with things not working but once I told staff they sorted them out. Bed was okay for me but for some will be a bit hard. There is a smart tv but is WIFI for it is not very good every few minutes on YouTube for example streaming froze or voice/sound would be okay but picturestayed in the same place. If you have a room overlooking swimming pool and you are jot an early riser then you will get woken up.

The hostess was lovely, always wanted to help and advise :) the rooms were big and comfy with a safe, and the balcony was also nice. Always hot and running water, in a very decent price. The location was bit far from samui’s activities, and crowded central areas. Also there was no sunset view from the lamai beach :(

Good location really nice lady at the desk saw a lot of reviews about the staff being rude but she was lovely and very helpful. Arranged scooters and taxi for us Slightly older property Was clean but could maybe do with a deep clean Please oil the door on your first room it’s really loud every time you go in and out ?
