The staff were very nice, the place was well kept and clean, they provided housekeeping daily as desired and did a very good clean including fresh towels. Rooms were very spacious. You had your own balcony and there was also a pool which was nice to relax by. Slightly far from the beach, about a 15 minute walk but they had scooter parking which was nice.

Spacious room and bathroom. Full width glazed doors to large balcony. Comfortable bed and excellent AC. The swimming pool is nice. Motor cycle hire arranged from site. This hotel is not quite in central Lamai so you will have to get short taxi journey to places, or hire a car / motor bike. A super clean place, so peaceful and quiet, wonderful staff- probably the best 3 * hotel I’ve stayed in. Nothing

Big tv set allowing to share screen from my MacBook Metal table and chairs on the balcony - feels good 7/11 is just 200 meters across the road Every day bring two bottles of water Parking for scooters 10 minutes walk to the Had Lamai road The shower and shower curtain feels cheap Paying with card at reception has 1% fee

Great Pool, great area and the Lady of this hotel was absolutely lovely! Also everyday cleaning, in general great staff! We even extended our stay :) Nothing to mention, we were very lucky to be there!

The owners are very nice and welcoming. When we had a problem with our room the first night, they were very caring and understanding and were quick to offer a solution. The pool area is nice. Because the rooms and balconies face each other, there wasn't really that much privacy and the first 2 nights we had some noise from the room facing ours. We mentioned this to the owners however and the other nights were fine.

This family run hotel is one of the best if not the best in Thailand. From the minute you check in to check out the staff cannot do enough for you here. Two bottles of water left on your door every morning before you’ve even stepped out the room. Fresh towels & beach towels provided daily. They can’t help you enough I really can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Nice property in a location which is not too busy but close to stuff and the place itself is very nice with nice clean rooms. We stayed here in a group of 17 for a work retreat one night stopover on our way to Phangan.
