Standard rooms maybe a bit tired. there were ants in our room, the location is ok, the Wi-Fi was awful tho. And there is no wardrobe or something like that, so you can’t even unpack your stuff.

We had booked to stay for two nights but when we arrived into Surat Thani airport we had missed the last ferry to Koh Samui so we only ended up staying one night here. When we checked in we were given two twin beds instead of a double. Within a half an hour the staff had moved us to a larger family room with a double bed. They also gave us a later check out time of 2pm as we had missed our first day here. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very hard and there was a horrible smell in the bathroom. The rooms didn’t look like the pictures online. We would rather have stayed in Koh Samui than Lamai as there’s not much to do here.

I liked the location the most . The water pressure was low . The pool is really small . The breakfast that we booked wasn’t free as stated on the booking . There was no view from the hotel room as it was boarded up . Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during or 3 day stay as I asked on the second day .

The staff are very helpful, and there’s a small pool that you can enjoy until 11 PM. There’s also a small fridge to keep your things safe. Very close to the Wat Lamai Temple and Lamai beach and many other places. The breakfast is very poor, but you can choose not to have it. I found spider webs in the toilet and used water to remove them. Also, there’s no place to hang your towel or clothes in the toilet. When I arrived, they told me I needed to pay more to get a room with air conditioning. So be careful about what you book.

They do not come to clean room or tide bed. They said that they come to clean the room every 2 days. We stayed here 3 nights and no one came to clean or change towels.
