The view, the staff, the pool, the service, oh did we mention the pool? From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, providing a guided tour to the property. This is where we first met Wan, she is warm and friendly and makes you feel at home. We had booked the sunset room and here to say it did not disappoint. Being shown to our room, Wan had already placed one of the keys into the room to set the AC. Upon arriving, we were blown away by the attention to detail, space and the incredible balcony. Wan explained all the details and how to make the most of this amazing property. The extra large bed was comfortable and the room even had a ceiling fan above. The infinity pool is incredible, looking out across the bay, watching the planes as they come into land, having the ability to order straight from the Maithy restaurant to poolside creates an atmosphere of luxury. Even the house keeping staff, were friendly and engaging. The property is situated at the top of a hill, and when we say too, we mean it! This makes for views that kept us mesmerized the entire stay. However there’s a convenient shuttle provided by the property, so it’s not an issue. We used Grab on a number of occasions and they dropped us at the top anyway. People flock to the Maithy Restaurant just for the sunsets, which says a lot. If you’re looking for a little bit of luxury, with some of the best views in Koh Samui, great staff, great amenities, comfortable beds and just a fantastic vacation… Unique is a must! Nothing…

one of the best, if not the best view of the island, along with a beautiful infinity pool....modern spacious rooms with plenty of amenities.... Excellent bar and restaurant with good food and cocktails. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. a wider variety for breakfast would be great especially when staying for longer.

Included breakfast was great, the view at the restaurant is amazing can't really be beat. Fresh juice, fruit, etc., very nice! The gym is very nice, never busy and nice equipment. The pool is amazing and the view is A+. The staff really make this place extra special, the cleaners, front desk people, managers, restaurant staff, security, all were so nice and always smiles.

"The hotel is built with many apartments and villas all together and you can get confused where you are. ... It is suitable for one night, but for longer you need a powerful motorbike or even a car to get to the hotel. There are many conditions that are not explained before booking. For example, the breakfast is limited to only three options on the menu. The gym opens at 8 am. The staff in the restaurant is very nice. The girl at the reception in the morning shifts was not very friendly, she didn't even say good morning... even when she wrote on WhatsApp, but I understand why... the owner also doesn't greet you and argues with you for opening the window in the gym, the air conditioning is expensive, without saying good day... we are surprised, I have acquaintances from Brussels, they are very nice!

Beautiful views, friendly staff, great gym, and amazing breakfast! The hill was a bit tricky, but we managed with our motorbike.

Amazing views, friendly staff, good food. It’s at a top of a hill so you need to take their free shuttle down to get to the main road. It’s only about 3 minutes so not that bad.

The view is stunning, perfect way to wake up in the morning ☺️ Very spaciuous and comfy corner suite. Very helpful kind staff both in the hotel and restaurant, they helped us a lot even at check-out time when we faced some issues with the taxi pick-up to the ferry. Thanks a lot! It’s up on the hills. Not a minus but be aware of it, a good scooter helps you to go easily up and down :)

They went above and beyond when I requested to make the room special for an occasion!! Stunning views, glorious pools, and exceptional dining. 10/10 for Unique Prices on the high side so difficult to say it’s worth a long duration but it is very nice

Really comfortable and cozy place to stay for long period. Nice and big room with balcony, pool with sunset view, great gym. As a bonus unlimited supply of coke and chocolate. Breakfast includes great view to the sea. Every evening when the sun goes down, they leave nice surprise in the bedroom (flower with chocolate) - so sweet detail that makes you happy every evening. Price for the great view is high elevation. But this is minor issue if you have motorbike or car that you can part in the building. breakfast selection for vegetarians could be improved in order not to ask waiters for “no meat” option.
