The location is perfect — right on the beach and within easy reach of all the main attractions in Chaweng. the bed was not very comfortable, and the baby cot was also quite uncomfortable.

Room was clean, nice bathroom. Quiet location. Great pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Drinkable water-convenient, cheap, and environmentally conscious. Food was quite good. Air conditioner in room was inadequate. Mattresses were worn out. Beach had trash.

Amazing staff, amazing place for a family with small children. The houses are in a well maintained diverse garden. The pool is great, the restaurant has enough variety of dishes reasonably priced. There's drinking water available at all times. The staff is extremely friendly and always accomodating our requests. The beach is a nice long walk. The sea is not great for swimming on this side of the island (much better up north). There are also oil spills (probably from jetskis/boats) that will stain your swimming suit if you're adventurous. The shower has an instant heater, attention must be paid not to cause an accidental burn. The walk to the city center/mall/shops it's a bit tricky with kids, but public transport taxi are available every 5minutes or so.

Hotel is well located, easy access to the beach, there is a 7/11 and restaurants across the street. The area is clam and within walking distance to many stores and nightlife if that is what you are looking for. Staff is great, went out of their way to help all the time.

I like the location on the beach and near 7 eleven, pharmacy and ATM. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Nice front desk staff. Filtered water was great for filling up bottles. No sunbathing on the beach. Need luggage racks in room. Need wash cloths in room. Breakfast should be served earlier than 8am. Robes in room would be nice.

Lovely resort, hotel staff are amazing, staff Nikki Emile Ja plus all housekeeping & restaurant staff keep resort running well. Rooms are a good design with a good-sized double bed, I prefer a firm bed, so I took the protective mattress off underneath. Nothing ! It was all amazing.

This was the perfect accommodation for our stay on koh samui. The staff were amazing, so friendly and so accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were beautiful, comfy and very clean.

Amazing staff from reception to the pool maintenance chap (who actually helped clean our shoes off when stepping into oil). The hotel was small and lovely with amazing character! All 3 receptionists were lovely! The bar and waiting staff were also amazing as well as the chef! Amazing food all week! The beach was a bit dirty in the first few days and regardless of the effort of the hotel staff, it was engine oil making it horrible due to the tanker crash... nothing the hotel.can do about it. 5-10 mind walk on the beach and the oil disappear due to the reef.

They rake the sand twice a day but don’t clean the water and trash clogs the beach. All other hotels seem to take better care. Blue turtle beach looks like a dumpster. Big disappointment.

The staff at the hotel are great. Reception are so helpful and have lots of knowledge. The staff in the restaurant/bar are all so friendly.
