Beautiful property, nice Thai interiors, spacious and comfy room, modern AC and smart TV, very helpful staff, secluded from party area, delicious food at Rice restaurant. There were construction works on balcony side of the hotel with noise day and night. There were drainage and AC problems but staff helped immediately to fix it. Restaurant drinks are pricy compared to surrounding area and bars.

A Very nice hotel, nice room with good facilities, the wifi is great! Very good room service and a very nice and warm welcoming staff that offers the best service. The breakfast was really good and was worth the extra payment. Highly recommend this place!

The bed was super comfortable. HAD AN AMAZING SLEEP THERE. Quiet. Great shower - works great. Good preasure of water. The room comfortable. *Genuinely a good and comfortable room - if not the air conditioner incident: - The air conditioner - was very weak compare to the heat of April at koh samui. it took hour to cool the room each time. And the power shuts down when you take the key out of the room... The room is 4th floor with stairs(no elevator)... It was awful coming back in the heat of april to the 4th floor by stairs - to a hot room - that took a hour to properly cool down each time. No proper solution been offered. I had been offered a different type of room on the first floor as a solution - but with extra cost of almost double then the price of the room on booking. - The sitting area in the room - were different then the photoes.

Staff were great, very very friendly and accommodating. Great location and easy access to beach, shops, massage, food, bars, etc. Some rooms get partial beach view. Rooftop terrace was nice and good place to watch the sunset, slightly hard to find but great and secluded. Very clean. Some people complained about there being no elevator but it’s only 4 stories so we didn’t have an issue with it at all. Nothing!

Comfortable bed. Restaurant food is good, coffees not good. Rooms needs home decor basic feel needs standard desks and chair. Can hear the road from the room, people banging doors loudly every night waking up, the electricity cut out often in the room, wifi was weak wasn't suitable for working.

Staff were great, super warm, welcoming, and helpful. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is located on the edge of the really busy stretch of Chaweng Beach, so it was very quiet. The lobby and restaurant are beautiful. Clean room and facilities. Sewer gas smell. It wore off as we used the bathroom more, using a wet towel to cover the shower drain helped a lot.

Very loud construction every day. There was no wifi 2 out of 3 days that I was there. Very strong sewage smell from the bathroom. Stains in the furniture and bedding.

The Hospitality was top notch here. I was warmly welcomed by Kim at the reception. All the staff were super friendly and assisted me with everything. It was my birthday and they did a special celebration for me when I came back to the hotel. It was unexpected. They pay special attention to detail while making your room. The rooms were super clean, exactly how it was mentioned on the listing. Property is close to all the party places, massage, tour excursions, etc. Would highly recommend anyone planning to go to Samui to stay here atleast once. Thanks for making it super personal to me. It was a bit loud with the renovations going on in the first building. However the staff made sure I was moved to another room for more comfortable stay. Didn’t have any issue after.

I liked only service. The location is close to chaweng noisy activities if that is what you seek for. The beach is close but not swimmable. Felt like it was overpriced: no elevator, water not warm, the furniture color makes easy to forget things on them. Tiny and only one window.

I love the pizza, the restaurant was fantastic, the staff was really good and accommodating. There was a odor in our room – but it wasn’t offensive, and when you’re in there for a little bit, you don’t even notice it. It is not physically on the beach, and to get to the beach you have to walk down a path that has cars, random mopeds, assorted random dogs that were supposedly kept by the families that came haphazardly to those locations to man their own boats. A dog barked at me as I was coming onto the beach and it made me feel uncomfortable. It is a good value if you’re not looking to spend premium to be on beachfront.
