Beautiful hotel located conveniently near Chaweng, great facilities, amazing food, sandy beach, big and comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated, great shower. However the highlight of our stay was the great staff and especially Naomi, always ready to help with anything, all our requests and needs were answered. We highly recommend this hotel

Staff was exceptional. Facilities were beautiful and service was amazing. Location is great too. Only thing was our tub had issues filling up as it wouldn't close tightly and there was no way to close it.

It’s an amazing place – we loved everything about our stay! The beach is beautiful and always clean, with plenty of sunbeds available at any time. The pool is also very nice and relaxing. The staff are truly exceptional – incredibly hardworking, friendly, and polite. Breakfast was very well organized and enjoyable each morning. While the dinners at the hotel weren't our favorite, it really wasn’t an issue – there are plenty of fantastic local spots nearby, like PhenSiri, where you can enjoy delicious Thai food. A special thank you to Chika, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We’re very grateful! nothing

Ocean front property and the beach made a lovely stay It wasn’t up to a 5 star standard, staff were doing absolutely their best however still in many ways not enough trained , food especially for dinner was disappointing

We had the most amazing stay at Vana Belle. Every single employee we met was friendly, smiling, utmost helpful and making sure we had everything we needed. We were surprised with balloons, a cake and prosecco as we spent our honeymoon there. Our suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, had its own private pool and very nice amenities. The pool and beach area were clean, the water and beach lovely, perfect to relax. The breakfast was outstanding: a menu with hot dishes (savoury and sweet) and a buffet that offered everything one could imagine. We also had dinner at the hotel: once for their "fish market" which is fresh fish and seafood barbecue - amazing!, and once for Christmas Eve which was a dinner at the beach with amazing food (the variety was incredible) in a very romantic atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Vana Belle for making our stay so memorable. If I could give 20 points instead of 10, I would.
