Miki is amazing! She even gave me a little peach as a gift and her staff brought me breakfast in the morning!

Everything is good, convenient, clean, comfortable. And ofc they are very friendly. Just right behind Kin no yu. The room is spacious and clean and have all the facilities needed including fridge. Very highly recommended. NOTHING AT ALL

Clean room, good beds (even for big foreigners) and friendly personal With two big suitcases, it made sense to open one in the office and the other in the corridor but the corridor did not have enough light by itself. We still managed by sliding both doors of the office away to get more light

Finding the location is a bit tricky because GPS is leading to another ryokan. The lady in the store near by was very kind to show me the way

Location was great, easy to get to the onsen and shopping streets. The room itself was so nice and clean, one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. None, it was all perfect.

Right in the heart of Arima Onsen. Nice facility, but no chairs. If you a Westerner, you will sit on the floor or on the bed, which gets old very fast. Helpful staff, quiet location.

It was very spacious and had all the facilities I needed. The bed was very comfortable and it was in a quiet location. It is very close to one of the Onsens. The location was really difficult to find. I didn't read the instructions about checking in at the cafe so was looking for the hotel for a long time. It gets very bright in the morning because the blinds are not light blocking

Really modern property, in the heart of the town. Downside is the stairs or steep ramp to go to reach the property with the luggages unfortunately.

The room is very spacious and very comfortable, and we really liked the yukata set provided to walk around the town. The public onsen is located just a few minutes from the hotel. Unfortunately, the check in procedure was very confusing, because you have to check into a cafe and then walk to the actual place. The guidance for how to reach the room was difficult to understand, and it was really frustrating to walk around with luggage while trying to understand the directions. I wish they had provided a Google maps coordinate instead.

Breakfast was not provided in the room, so we went to cafe beau for breakfast which was delicious. It was all really good… a little difficult finding the accommodation from cafe beau but a very helpful man from the cafe helped us find it.

The room was amazing, big and comfortable. Super central location, walkable to both public baths.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast and afternoon tea, both of which were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The location is also fantastic—it's just a three-minute walk to the public hot springs, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Location is central and place is good maybe knowing that the town in the evening .. is a bit dead and at 8.15 already all restaurant do not serve food.

We contacted the hotel in advance about parking and check-in, they responded very quickly. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The room was a bit bright at night, but everything else was great.

Room is bigger than city hotels in Osaka and Kyoto.... walking distant to the onsen places... We got lost trying to find out HOW to Check In!! Note that you will need to go to a shop/restaurant to get the check-in passcode, etc... it was not easy if you arrive late and cant Japanese. Check-out will be done at the restaurant nearby too... Hope can improve by providing these details in the bookings so that its easlier for international travelers.

April 2023 2 day, 1 night. Exceeded expectations! Hotel was modern tatami style, our room was very clean (I'm very picky on that), and Onsen hot spring facilities next day were amazing (heart of Japan's oldest hot spring town). So convenient they allow us to drop off luggage first at cafe while we explored before check in. The free morning drinks at the cafe were a plus and we enjoyed the street food next door(Osake manju, beef/onion croquettes, and chicken spice karage are a must try). Also enjoyed the hot spring guide, pajamas, and towels/amenities. Not only did I feel comfortable (difficult for me being OCD), felt very taken care of here! Thank you to kind ryokan hotel manager and staff, hope to come back soon!!!!! Nothing, I really prioritize newer / clean spaces and this place had what I needed. It made the stay very comfortable for me as someone who has a hard time feeling at home in new locations/beds due to OCD. Slept very safe and sound.

Modern, clean house Very thin walls, and automatic system which makes a lot of sound when other people try to enter the house/room. Also very lonely as there is nothing as a reception or area in the house. So better for families and groups

Good
