The ambience was wonderfully maintained specially the Onsen was clean and welcoming. Each and every staff was very courteous and respectful. The breakfast was also excellent and beautifully presented.

We booked a traditional ryokan with a private onsen right inside the bathroom, which offered a great bathing experience. The tatami bedroom with western-style bed, as are other features in this unit, is a blend of authentic tradition and modern comfort. Our stay came with a kaiseki dinner and a breakfast, which were both highlights of the stay. The master chef and his staff were attentive and meticulous in their craft. The location of this hotel is not far from the town center; however, the hills may pose some challenge to those with luggage or mobility limitations. Make sure to take advantage of their free shuttle van service, which you'd have to inquire.

A nice traditional Japanese hotel. Excellent breakfast. Do not recommend for people who have troubles claiming stairs. Hot tubs are private and convenient, Climbing the staircases with luggage.

Amazing property. The staff were very nice and helpful. The private onsens and the dinner were the real highlight. The kaiseki experience was unforgettable. Additionally the room was incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The facilities are incredibly charming, blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Everything about the hotel - from the peaceful ambiance to the attention to detail - made the stay unforgettable. You’re definitely going to want to include the breakfast and dinner option - it is well worth it. The meals are beautifully prepared, thoughtfully presented, and truly elevate the entire experience. I truly hope life brings me back here one day. Until then, I’ll hold on to the memories of this beautiful experience. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a serene and authentic onsen getaway.

Best experience we have had so far on our trip. Amazing place, lovely people and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the Sake tasting too.
