Hampton Inn & Suites Sevierville @ Stadium Drive

Smelly fouling elevators. Ice matching wasn’t working. Room wooden floor was sticky, very irritating. Hope I can get refund of our stay.

They are currently remodeling so dinning room has limited space and walls not all painted but was wonderful regardless. The best part is away from the main drag and not crowded with traffic.

When we arrived to check in the staff was very friendly and helpful to get our room and tell us where breakfast was served.The room was very clean and everything we needed was there. The breakfast was great ! Huge variety of cooked and prepared food / fruit. Definitely will stay there again!

Over all it was a clean, convenient, family friendly hotel. The only thing I would have changed was to not be on a floor with lots of pets.

Customer Service The hotel was under renovation. On our floor, wallpaper had been pulled off of the wall and thrown in the floor at the end of the hall. It was still there when we checked out even though we had told staff. Our TV kept freezing up. We reported it to the front desk around 9:30 A.M., and they were supposed to send maintenance to look at it. We got back to the hotel at 3 P.M. and no one had been to our room, not even housekeeping. We had to go back to the front desk. The lady who had taken our request had left, so the guy had no idea what we were talking about. They could not fix the issue, and they could not put us in another room. No discount was available since we booked through Booking.com. Several areas of concern.

Stayed four days room was never cleaned. Asked twice about it and was told they didn’t have in house housekeeping. Manager was suppose to adjust bill but didn’t. By the time we left, we had four bags of trash all of our towels and washcloths had been used. We had to go downstairs to get our own new towels and washcloths so by the time we left, we had four days worth of towels and washcloths left in our room. The property was in a nice location and would’ve been good. Had they have taken care of the rooms like they should have so this is why my review is low.

A comfortable transit stop between Nashville and Asheville. Hampton Inns have predictable breakfasts, and Kodak is above average. The region was surprisingly covered with crosses and billboards for auto-crash lawyers.

The property sits on top of a hill off the highway. It was a GREAT stopover on our trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! It was clean and well designed. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. You can walk all over from this location and we did. We will be back soon!
