The location of the hotel is good, the hotel is near Chandni Chowk metro.The food in the hotel restaurant is very good. Arrangements for drinking water should be made properly. If possible, a common aquaguard should be installed. The room was not found as shown on the internet.

Room is not fit for human staying. It is devised for extortion of money. Try to give the amenities to the customer by making the room usable. Everything need not mention separately.

Nothing Much. We reached santra gachi railway station at 11 o clock night and booked this hotel at 12 o clock and informed hotel people that we are coming by the car.We reached the location at 1 o clock night and called hotel management he didn't lift the phone we roamed one hour to find the hotel but we couldn't find it it was to scary incident to describe roaming around in an unknown location without knowing local language in a new city with your wife in middle of the Night at 1 o clock. Thanks to Calcutta police they were everywhere and made us feel safe. Ultimately some random guy asked us what is the problem in this heavy rain why you're wandering and that stranger helped us find the hotel and we checked in at 2 o'clock. If not for the Calcutta police and that stranger who helped us find the hotel what is my situation in the middle of that night. I would like to give a -10 which is not possible ?.But it is one scary incident of my life because of the reckless irresponsible behaviour of the staff.
