I want to take a Comfortable room. Room inside facility,there is no available facility like mobile and laptop charging point and small bathroom size in the hotel so this is my first and last stay in room .

Couldn't check in as phone number provided was not correct. It was not the number of the hotel.

They ask to pay first! I was tired from suffering 20 hr train and need rest. No response, they cancelled my booking because no paid money in advance! My card is not working because Iam from nepal. I don't have any way to pay but I can pay by cash upon arrival. But they cancelled before I went.
