Location was great The staff was very rude and impolite. Rooms had to be cleaned after our requests and fresh linen had to be requested. The owner was very rude and refused to listen to any demands as we had booked online and not offline. We took an extra bed but no pillows or blankets were given. No Oyo captain at the premises. Initially staff even refused to switch on AC
