Koloa Landing Resort at Poipu, Autograph Collection

I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved that they had that. Free parking too, that was wonderful! Tori was very sweet, helpful with great communication. Making my stay just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to get a spa treatment but I’m sure that would have been heavenly too Very grateful and will highly recommend Koloa Landing Resort!

Clean tomm

The place was so clean. From the amenities to our room. It was perfect. The front desk attendant Bree was so helpful and kind. Nikki at the bar made the entire stay.

My husband and I came to Kauai for our 2 year anniversary. We loved staying at the Kola Landing hotel. It was absolutely beautiful and the pool was superb. I attended the HIIT class, which was great. The whole property was just beautiful. The staff was lovely and always helpful and we loved that our rooms had a washer/dryer. Great stay and would highly recommend for a family trip. If you’re a couple that doesn’t like kids, this isn’t the property for you. If you don’t mind, this is a beautiful hotel. Keep in mind if you’re looking for beach access, you may want to reconsider.

Dirty roaches

The pools were nice. Rooms are spacious & clean, but not convinced that it is worth the price. Some things were broken in the room, and never got fixed. Our room was cleaned twice during our 6 nights. Some staff was pleasant, some were not.

Beautiful resort. Rey clean. Great staff

Absolutely beautiful resort. Upon checking in, we were awestruck just from the view of the lobby. The pool is outstanding but the main pool is typically very busy. The room was great. Parking was free and easy. And great location. Cold flavored water and tea in the lobby each day and water machines in the gym and pool area for easy filling. In the morning there is also coffee and tea in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel and pool. The rooms are very clean and nice. They are strict about early check in times. We showed up early with our wedding cake hoping to check in an hour and an half early and we were told our room wasn’t ready, but it was. We waited at the pool resteraunt for a while and were able to refrigerate the cake there. When our room was ready they showed me the location on the map of where our room was and it had a view of the parking lot. After paying what we did to stay there, and it being our wedding weekend, I asked if they could move us to another room in our room category that didn’t overlook the parking. They moved us to another room with a lawn view that was great and that was ready the whole time. In moving our room location we lost our only wedding gift which was a gift basket that was gifted to us through the hotel from our family and put in our room. The hotel didn’t have notes or know to move the basket from the first room I guess. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Great room space and upgraded amenities!

Excellent staff

Great condos, pool is huge and fun for the kids. The resort does not have a direct beach access (need to walk to the Sheraton- 5mins). The on-site restaurant is ok for breakfast and lunch. Overall nice place.

Other than that the resort is beautiful!
