Anavadia Hotel By Anayia All Inclusive Resorts

We were a little bit worried when we were coming due to all the negative ratings/comments. Luckily , we had a very pleasant stay with our family. The room was nice and cleaned every day & towels changed. The location of the hotel is very good . Bus stop to tsambika right in front of hotel ( ride to tsambika less than 10min)- it's amazing beach .the food was aways being refilled until the end of time - we were never lacking anything . The best part about the hotel is the manager Georgio who is simply an amazing, friendly and very attentive person who makes everything possible for you. Without him you would notice much more imperfections in the hotel but he simply makes your stay better. He is the reason why we would return and recommend the hotel. A person can always find mistakes if you search for them. We came to enjoy and that's what we did. If I would have to mention something that was "wrong "and worth mentioning - the toilets by the pool were often flooded with water . But nothing serious. Oh, and bring a mosquito spray !:)

Excellent staff, service and accommodation

Nice hotel with family atmosphere. Good parking. Nice room with access to garden. 2 pools with plenty of sunbeds. Choice of seafood for dinner. Spacious apartment/room. Nice area Buffet menu almost every day the same but considering the price it was okay. Paper cups by the bar for drinks. You should not wait 4 stars service but the staff is extremely friendly and doing their best. No door / curtain in the shower - water is sprinkling everywhere.

friendly staff could not do enough for you, good rooms Poor all inclusive, beer at night served in black plastic beakers, not much food choice and cold, we had a ground floor with open varander room facing the kids pool, but lots of weeds growing just outside on the area between varander and pool area (no need to see this)

The room was clean, also the surrounding. Beds very comfortable and the staff were helpful.

The property has a great potential . The hotel and especially dining area and pool area with the bar were very dirty with very tired and worn furniture. No attention paid to these unless pointed out to staff . Not really appetizing and surely it did put us off the food . Food- options were adequate enough , however due to cleanliness of the place , we often felt the food might not be fresh either. Found gone off fruit on two occasions served in the fruit bawls . Also on few occasions they ran out of the food too soon during the supper and we ended up eating only bread and fruit or eating out. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds , however very tired .

The property itself was average, if I could give it a 0 I would, let’s first of start with the food, besides myself flies also had feast on our meal, not only that, but many of the food was cold and left a bad taste, my husband, and I from the offset suffered, severe diarrhoea, and it’s only due to one thing, the food, from the fear of food poisoning, or the fear of contamination we after two days of leaving the property, still suffering from severe stomach problems and throwing up profusely, I have never in my life insured such pain, on the plane ride home I unfortunately filled up two bags of sick due to the poor hygiene of the food, having intense flashbacks of bread harder than rock, I am still taking medication to this day. Touching on point number two, power cut, there was a power cut for approximately one hour, this meant that everything in our fridge went bad, and no explanation was given from the staff, not even an apology, not only that, but the facilities were not up to standards, there was a poll hanging out of the kids pool, where the steps used to be. This was in itself a health hazard. If one unfortunate Kid had to have slipped and banged its head, that would be devastating on both parties, also as we enter the pool or feet scratched on what we can only describe as screws left over from where the stairs used to be. This saddens me to say, but if you do stay here, please travel with insurance because you’re most likely need it staying in this place. Also, if you decide to drink from the kids dispensary, please precaution because they will be creepy crawlies in your drink.

The staff were SO helpful esp. the daytime receptionist. She went above and beyond to help and she should be commended for her attitude to customer care. The bathroom esp. the shower was not cleaned well enough. The food was by far the worst we had ever experienced at an all-inclusive resort. They couldn't even get a basic like chips right which really doesn't require much skill! We all ended up living off salad and fruit as this was the only edible food.

Food was okay. Staff really friendly. Location quite okay, only thing is getting to the beach. There was very little for little children in terms of infrastructure. More little pools and an area where parents can leave small kids so they wouldnt drown. Otherwise, okay.

Very warmly welcome in reception. Diana was always with smile ? Manager George was always friendly and helpful. George junior was the soul of bar , keeping people good hydrated ?? The rest of staff were friendly and helpful. Some places at hotel need to refresh, but that didn't disturbed our stay. Need more attention at the pool in the back of hotel . ?
