Every other type of food had poor quality and not fresh. Worst food I have ever eaten in my life. No exaggeration.

The pizza was better 3 years ago.

room was lovely. food was awful, apart from the cereal.

Swimming pool was very nice, however the watter was very cold.

Very bad. Only upon arrival, they assigned a room that did not match the photos at all, and was dirty. They changed to another, more modern one, we didn't check well a room properly because we were late, we just left our bags and went to the city. When we returned to the room and entered the bathroom, we noticed that the shower door was broken, the cabinet was swollen with a broken handle, and the shower gel were used. There are bird droppings on the balcony, a bird's nest near the air conditioner unit, everything is very dirty. When asked to change the shower gel to an unused one at the reception, they replied that they could only do it tomorrow. I also asked for a bottle of drinking water because we had an all-inclusive package, and he replied that I needed my own bottle or went to the market. It was late at night so I had to stay asleep but it was impossible due to the loud noise of the refrigerator and air conditioning unit. In the morning we asked for a refund for the remaining two nights, they agreed, but asked us to move out by 11 a.m. We moved out, but unfortunately we got back 47e of the 200e. As for the place, the environment is terrible, the food we ate only once was served terribly and tasteless. I do not recommend a spoiled vacation to anyone, I will write to all possible places about this hotel, at least you will never see our compatriots again.

The property is strategically positioned, offering a stunning view of the mountains. Upon arriving at the property, my stay had already been paid for in full, eight days in advance. However, the front desk receptionist asked me to pay again, presenting a piece of paper that supposedly indicated a payment request from the manager upon check-in. I informed her that my reservation was confirmed and paid through the partner platform, Booking.com, and provided my reservation number for verification. Despite this, she failed to check, possibly due to a lack of access granted by the manager, which is a basic front desk responsibility. I was forced to email my reservation details to the property’s email before being allowed to check in. We were also told the manager would resolve the issue the following day, but no communication or follow-up from the manager ever occurred. Additionally, basic amenities such as soap and shampoo were not provided for two days, despite multiple requests made directly at the front desk. No beach towel was provided to for outdoor swimming in the pool. The overall quality of the accommodations was disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, with large gaps between them, making it difficult to sleep. The toilet rack was stained, unstable, and never replaced, leading to my expensive perfume falling and breaking. The toilet seat also would not stay up, which caused inconvenience. The food was perhaps the worst part of the experience. The all-inclusive package was subpar, offering bland, tasteless food with minimal variety. The same dishes were served every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, leaving little to no option for variety. Some of the staff were quite pleasant, like the young man working at the bar, who was super nice and attentive. However, other staff members, particularly some of the food service personnel, were notably rude, which added to the overall negative experience.

All the people working at the hotel, no exception, deserve a highest note. From reception, through cleaning ladies, restaurant workers and bar workers. The hotel is also a pet friendly facility (we came with a cat). Lack of food variety and poor food presentation. The food was actually pretty tasteful, although boring after some time and lacked the final touch. Wi-Fi is terrible as well, but that’s not the main point of vacation.

Couldn't find one fault with the hotel the staff were all so lovely and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday. We had one one of the rooms with the swim up pool to the bedroom, which we loved. The food was lovely always a great selection, I'm vegetarian and I always found something to eat. Hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and to town. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back There was nothing.i didn't like

Nice rooms, free transport to the beach, clean rooms and fresh towels everyday, amazing music by the pool and programs throughout the day. Food is the only thing we didn’t like much, meals are mostly repeating everyday and there is not that much option to choose from.

Food was very good. Fresh local produce. Fantastic Pizza from Nikos. Leo in the bar was such good fun and served cool drinks all day. Dining room staff were fantastic. Everything was the BEST!! Cant wait to come back :)

The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the pool/snack bar which offers variety of drinks and snacks + the daily pizza was a big plus. I’d also like to point out the great location both near the beach and the centre. The cleanliness was not as we expected - we were handed towels with stains on them, some of the dishes in the dining hall were not properly washed etc.

It was near the centre of town. It was clean and comfortable. There was nothing I disliked.

Exit to the swimming pool from the room. The facilities are small and old , need a serious renovation to become an acceptable and comfortable hotel . Furniture very old , as well as the door in to the rooms . The bathroom old without normal ventilation, in some rooms (we booked 4 ) was weak water pressure.

Very nice rooms, and the private pool was amazing. Food was OK but the Al a carte restaurant was fabulous. Would definitely recommend and return. Overall a really nice hotel Lack of security at the back of premises.

Exellent stay, friendly and helpful staff, nice air conditioned room, superb food and drinks with all inclusive plan, clean swimming pools. Near to the beach. Too far from Airport can be reach only with the taxi(45-50 euros).35-40 mins with the bus to the city center(4euros per person.

Nice with a private pool, but for some reason it was slightly cooler than the other pools. Nice and relaxing and good entertainment in the evening. The beds were very hard and I got pain in the ribs and the back. The food wasn’t the best, but still decent
