Very nice property, good breakfast buffet, very nice bar and pool area. Very aesthetic hotel! The food in the restaurant was mid, it looked very tasty but it didn‘t taste how it looked (except for the breakfast). The staff in this hotel were very rude in my opinion (except for the breakfast staff). They would talk to each other for minutes and minutes before taking care of your requests and paying you attention. They only have 3 irons available and the wait time is hours. You only get the iron for 20 minutes. After waiting for hours to iron out outfits, they told us the wait time is now longer so we mostly wore unironed clothes which ruined our holiday experience. Also there is only one ironing board available. Staff is very dismissive and we did not feel welcome at all. In my opinion this is not a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, with a charming boutique feel while still being spacious. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious options. The two lunch restaurants were also fantastic, serving great food in a lovely atmosphere. The pools are big and clean. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always quick to help with anything we needed. The pool sunbeds are quite limited, so if you don’t manage to get one early in the day, you may struggle to find a place to sit. The nearby beach, which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, wasn’t particularly nice. The spa is also quite far, around a 15-minute walk away. While they do offer golf cart transfers, they can take some time to arrive, so we often ended up walking instead.

The pool was amazing and the rooms were very clean and spacious The restaurant at the half board was very disappointing, not a lot of options and there is always only one waiter which takes a long time. Also, the location is not that good.

Great facilities and the Casa Cook hôtel is next to it ao you can also access their spa and 2 pools + restaurants The reception people were not explaining well the facilities and everyone in the casa cook was really slow in the breakfast and in the italian restaurant

Everything was amazing! We got upgraded to a suite that was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was great, and the dinner was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the only downside was that no drinks were included with dinner (not even water).

Good pool Nice breakfast - 1st morning we got waken up by noise of construction work. - 2nd morning we got waken up by noise of dragged furnitures from the room above. - There were ants in the room - The cleaner cleaned the room and didn’t wipe the floor, caused it to be completely wet on our first day. - the bed was uncomfortable.

Clean, nice environment, great breakfast. The pillows were super big and not comfortable at all.

The hotel is super modern, clean and stylish, very well suited to young couples that are looking to relax. Staff were so so nice and helpful! Breakfast was rich in variety and everything was really fresh. We genuinely loved it. The rooms weren't that well lit, maybe part of the aesthetic but made it hard to do makeup in the mirror. Also we think they have a problem with the water and plumbing as we often didn't have hot water in the evenings. They did try to fix it though- which was really nice.

Everything- the place is beautiful and the staff is exceptional - very helpful and caring. It’s clean and the grounds and rooms are lovely. Breakfast was incredible, with every available option. The restaurants on the grounds were outstanding. The beach was 5 minutes away. Only that the pools were unheated.

Very clean and lovely to stay in, staff cleaned it everyday and done it amazingly! TV wasn’t working, but the issue was compensated.

- spacious and well designed rooms - large pool area - extensive breakfast buffet - friendly staff - loud music everywhere all the time - live music of mediocre quality every evening until 11pm which could be heard loudly in the room - the staff at the breakfast service regularly forgot the coffee orders - the bath towels sometimes smelled unpleasant

Hi, my wife and I flew for an eight-day vacation and stayed at the hotel. The whole stay was amazing and extraordinary! The hotel staff was courteous and very helpful. The hotel facilities were perfect, the pools are clean and spacious with plenty of designed seating areas that made us feel like we were in a dream. And of course I must mention the bars with the pleasant music and the special and delicious cocktails that we just weren't ready to give up on any evening. Thanks for everything and hope to see you soon!

For some reason if the key card is not in, the cleaning staff can't see the "do not disturb" sign. When we came back into our room we saw a third key card in because someone came inside even though the do not disturb button was pressed. In addition, during breakfast I asked for an omelette with mushrooms and onions. The cook decided to throw in some ham as well, which I only noticed after a few bites. I am a vegetarian for over 15 years and this was a very upsetting experience. The hotel is not of 5 star standard.

Everything was amazing! I didn't expected to be still "crowded" this time a year. But it didn't bothered me. Still had an amazing stay.

The hotel is aesthetically stunning and so beautiful to be in. What really makes this hotel stand out from others is the members of staff. They are absolute credit to the hotel. Immediately they upgraded our room without any fuss to accommodate us and thought our entire stay were so helpful, kind, warm and friendly. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in because of the whole overall experience you get. The bus is also right outside the hotel and very easy to get around Rhodes (also super cheap). For night life or throughout the day this hotel also has its own taxi service and all the prices are fixed, the taxi drivers employed are also absolutely incredible and really work hard to ensure your safety. If you are considering a stay here then absolutely do it!!! I can’t wait to go back Nothing
