The rooms are modern and clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The property has unbeatable value compared to other options. The beds and pillows are very hard

Check in and check out was fairly quick. WiFi was easy to connect to. Signs were also offered in English, Korean, and Chinese. The elevator voice also includes English. The TV asked if I was going to attend breakfast as to not waste food. The facilities and the room was very clean. They offer toiletries in case you forgot your own or didn't bring them. You need to insert your room key into a slot by the door to activate the electricity and it's also convenient to not lose the key. The bed and pillows were hard. The bath took too long to fill so I skipped taking a bath which I was looking forward to. The layout of the hiragana keyboard on the check-in machine was annoying. It also didn't offer to use kanji so it took longer to type. Some of the signs translated into English were weird. For example, the area to return trays at breakfast was called "tray port". For such a large brand to even have English in the elevators I expected more. There wasn't a closet or dresser to put away my clothes.

Good location, about 7 mins walk from JR station, mostly flat, easy for carrying suitcase. The room is clean, equipment is new. Has individual air conditioning, great for overseas travellers who are not used to central heating.
