Quiet Location , Family hosts were great Ants in room on last day the water went off

The location was convenient and near the town. The hotel staff were rude and not welcoming except the lady who is the owner I believe. The towels in the room were too stiff, I expect the towels being soft so that I can dry myself easily. It was impossibly here. There was even no soap in the apartment. Once we checked in, we wanted to wash our hands, but could not, this was very disappointing and disrupting. We’ve been on Kos island several times 15 years now, this was the worst experience that I’ve had.

Host was friendly. Apartment was clean, simple. Air conditioner kept the main bedroom and area comfortable. The pool was very nice, although I didn't really take time to use it. Breakfast was simple as others described, but good. Cost of the stay was very good for the area and the accommodation this time of the year. As other reviews mentioned, some kitchen soap and bath soap to wash your hands would be a simple but necessary accessory to have. Other than that, very nice stay.

I really like this place for stay because the owner was very nice and helpful. ?

Traditional, small scale, clean, calm, owner, owners daughter, cleaning lady, pool area. Sometimes a bad smell in my room, number 7. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, no big changes needed, though, a thin foam matress on top would probably do the trick.

We loved it here. The area has numerous 4 and 5 star hotels but we preferred the tranquility of Seagull which sits in its own quite extensive grounds. The room was great with clean en-suite bathroom and two balconies. The cleaner came in every day and we could change towels whenever needed. The pool was fantastic – spotlessly clean and a must-have for hot days and if you are buy the pool at dusk, swifts come out to feed and drink the water. Although other reviews don't speak too well about the breakfast of bread, spreads and tea/coffee, you can take your own food to the breakfast area so there is nothing really to complain about. Seagull is 2-3 miles from Kos Town but you don't really need a car to get about. There is a bus stop outside and the buses run approx every 20-30 minutes into Kos Town (about once an hour at weekends). It costs 2 euros and the last bus back is midnight. The hosts were very welcoming and we would definitely recommend Apartments Seagull. It would have been good to have soap in the bathroom and washing up liquid in the kitchenette.

Very laid back, quiet, secluded, and very pretty location with colourful flowers, greenery, and nice stonework. It’s very near the thermal spring which is perfect for an early morning dip before breakfast. Guests should probably have a car to make the most of this location, and be aware that parking spaces are limited and would only suit a compact car.

Key was left in the door on arrival and I left it in door on departure. Room was very clean and cleaned out every day. Nice pool area for those wishing to use it. I can't really answer all questions on this survey as I spent very little time here and did not see any of the staff, but I only slept at the studio as I was out very early every morning and back late every evening with family and on excursions. Location is in a quiet area but I chose this location as wanted to be staying near to where my family was staying. There is a mini market close by ( a few minutes walk away ) and Romeo's Taverna a few minutes walk away which is a great little taverna Nothing I could say I did not like. As per above I only slept in the studio and did not really spend any time there as I was out very early every morning and back late every evening.

The owners are very open and welcoming. The rooms and toilets are clean. The pool is really nice and also in great condition.

+ The pool and surroundings were beautiful. A real surprise. + The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. + Kristina was so welcoming and was kind enough to let me check out late. + The location - some 15 minutes from Kos Town by bus - was good and the beaches nearby were beautiful. + Value for money was excellent. Only a few minor points: -WiFi didn't work in the room or anywhere near the pool. -This is the first studios I've stayed in where dish soap in the kitchen and handwash in the bathroom weren't provided. -The breakfast provided was very simple (bread and spreads) but perhaps should be expected for this price.

Very friendly and helpful owners, apartments are cleaned every day, very nice and clean pool, sipmle breakfast included. We would defenitly recomend it. Thank you again, We hope to see you again ;) None
