Great Pool, Great Staff, Great Room, Great fruit, yoghurt, deserts. Bus stop easy for going to Kos Town (Times can be confusing, just wait outside hotel for first trip, then check the timesheet on the shelter when you get to Kos town) Food quality was not of the highest quality, but still excellent value

Lovely staff, even though we are not French they were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was good. Both ladies at reception were particularly friendly and helpful. We liked that the hotel wasn’t too big. The early evening nibbles in the bar were a great touch. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Bike rental was good too. The beds were very uncomfortable

Nice reception and kitchen staff. Nice room. Friendly resident cats and kittens made my child's stay enjoyable... Uncomfortable bed, poor selection of food, animation and activities only in French language...

Lovely hotel Pool area beautiful Staff were very friendly We arrived after midnight and they kindly made up a salad plate for each of us Rooms were spacious and really clean There were cats in the resort - me and my daughters are frightened of them but they kept walking into the dining area outside as other guests were feeding them

The hotel was clean and reception staff was nice. The hotel is for tui french speaking travellers, and the hotels has had It good days, the Rooms were really old and funitures were worn out. The bed in the room was hard as rock and even the sofa was broken. The staff dont smile or say hello to you. Indoor pool was really out of its days, i dont recommend going in here

Everything was good. The staff was friendly. The Room was BIG and well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The WIFI was weak.

Nothing. Had to leave after one sleepless night. Only french guests. Loud french DJ´s and animators making party all day and all night long in front of your window till 01:00 in the morning. No way to stay or even sleep there.

Staff was amazing. Place was really nice . The beds was far too hard and you could hear everything going on outside the room . Really hot too with having a swimming pool in the centre of the hotel . Didn't really sleep

Short drive to Kos Town. Good availability for activities. Whole program was in French, we were ignored by the entertainment team because we had bracelets that indicated we were not French. The beach is very stony so not the best for going in the water. Drinks used cheap substitutes for Sprite/Coke/Alcohol/etc.

When you get rid of the reception nightmare and get the room, everything is fine when you go downstairs. Club lookea has a successful system and there is always entertainment and activity. Ninety percent of the guests are French. The pool is very enjoyable, thanks to the pool entertainment, time is spent very well. You reach the sea by walking a 500m road in nature. You can use the sun loungers of the hotel free of charge there. The sea is clean, but it is completely stony and consists of large stones, so it is a bit difficult if you do not have sea shoes. It serves on the all-inclusive system, and the morning, lunch and evening buffets are very full. Free water, soda, soft drinks and alcohol are served at the poolside bar. Pretty successful. The staff working in this section is also very friendly, helpful and good. Rooms are also comfortable, clean, big. Our room had a balcony and sea view. Simply: Once you get past the reception, the rest is fine. The reception had a crisis, they are not solution oriented, I even stayed in the elevator and there was no apology. I made my Sun Palace Resort & Spa reservation through booking.com, I reserved 2 separate rooms for 2 people. I had already entered the calls in the form of 4 people and 2 rooms. In my reservation details, it was written as 1 room for 2 adults and 1 room for 2 adults. Even though I showed the screenshot of this to the hotel, they said that booking.com reserved each room for 1 person and that price was for 1 person each. Contacting and negotiating with Booking took so long that I even agreed to pay the difference because I was so tired of waiting at the reception without air conditioning in that heat and I had my elderly mother with me. Yet they didn't give our room for 2 hours. They didn't understand what I said, they didn't help at all. I said let's just go to the rooms. I said I don't want to deal with anything anymore, I will pay whatever difference you want. Because I'm really exhausted there. I was also stuck in the elevator. I stayed there for minutes, and the person who finally came to the rescue was the person at the front desk who couldn't work my way out. He didn't even apologize, he laughed at me and said it was normal. They got on all our nerves. I finally paid the difference. This was also booking's fault. The reservation I made was for 4 people, but he was willing to pay in order not to go crazy.

Food was lovely ? All inclusive hotel with children’s club Did not include my British child in kids club activities My child has disabilities and I was told French customers pay more for kids club, lies!!!! Said needed insurance form but would not give me form to fill in Shocking!!!! Treated like we were not even there!!!! After speaking to animation team asking them continuously to speak English as well as French so we know what activities where happening They would walk past us and not involve us…. Felt as adults not included French only hotel if your not French don’t go!!!!
