Hotel Kipriotis Panarama offered an exceptional experience with a delicious breakfast, lunch, and evening sessions that satisfied every palate. The room was very spacious, and the view of the sea was breathtaking. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with guidance and support. Their service (at reception, in restaurants, at the swimming pools…) was truly top-notch, making guests feel very welcomed and valued throughout their stay. The amenities and hospitality exceeded the expectations. Especially, the deeply heartfelt engagement of the Manager (Mr. George) created a feeling of being at home and beyond! Highly recommended for a memorable and comfortable stay! An exquisite place to forget the daily hassle and enjoy life! -

The location was good with easy transport links to Kos Town - taxi ride was 10 euros to Kos Town. enjoyed our stay - good availability of sun beds - good activities to involve everyone around the pool areas I did feel the three additional eateries could have some improvement - Triton is lovely - the other two seem more cafe based and casual - staff were a little disinterested and seemed keen to close although meal took some time to order.

Breakfast and food in general was very good Honestly, I liked everything, the food was a lot and wonderful, the staff was very kind, I got a large room with air conditioning and it was clean and wonderful

very clean food excellent and lots of choice that changed each night the deserts were excellent and plentiful. The pizza experience which is included 3 times not worth the trouble . We were sat on a had backless bench , took 25 mins to get our drinks and as we were finishing the manaher shouts we are closed ! ! And then the lights went out !! We had not finished and this was because of the slow service ! I won’t say nothing else but he was Very RUDE . He needs a lesion in customer service and I will be writing to the hotel owners in detail . The beach bar don’t even bother it’s a clapped out van on wheels and only soft drinks and always flat as out of a gun and the pods littered with fag ends never cleaned out whole stay ! Don’t use the sky bar £14 a drink and the same as down stairs and not the correct ingredients .

on arrival had a few issues with the room. Fridge, Kettle Phone was not working. Reception staff were not apologetic at all. Said one maintenance man for 5 hotels and would get it fixed by 3 pm tomorrow. when I called about no internet in room I was told to try balcony as receptors outside the building and could only get two bars when on balcony not in room. Facility’s . Gym closed from 12 to 4 pm. Roof bar not open. Cocktails were poor much better value in Kos town. Would rather pay then drink free ones in hotel. Beach furniture is tired. Pool area is beautiful and pool bar and house keeping staff very friendly.

Our stay at Kipriotis Panorama was fantastic. Excellent meals, facilities, clean room, and one of the nicest hotel customer service experiences I've ever had.
