The water park was perfect for us and the kids because it had everything in close proximity. For example; next to the slides was the snacks bar and on the other side was the pool. The snacks at the bar at night weren’t very nice. The soup was cold and not tasteful. Not much hot snacks which is what you want at night.

Everything was great. We had a very big room with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The staff was very helpful especially at the reception, Çelebi helped us a lot. Even though we went to October there was an entertainment at the theatre. And the food was very plenty you can find everything for your taste. Just our room was very far but the hotel bus took us every 10 minutes. So there was no problem ?

Lovely Views Is abit outta town, night entertainment is for kids and drinks all inclusive are not great .. like a community centre feeling .. but it's ok, just dont expect much

Great hotel, lovely staff. Up a hill but they run a shuttle bus from the bottom every 10 minutes ALL day long :-) Food was tasty, varied and hot. Entertainment was fun and quality. Pool, and communal areas were kept clean. Rooms are big. - everything was great!

Nice water sildes, The lady at the reception which was professional and super nice. The food is very bad, the flavours are missing kids didn’t eat at all, the kitchen is really missing some basic skills even at making simple pizza, when we spoke with other guests we met they also complained and felt the same. The room were very very far and require a very long walk up the hill which is hard for small kids and families with some bag or towels, everything is far such as pool, reservation, restaurant. Putting stairs might help to reach the rooms instead of walking around the entire hotel up the hill. The room was big with very nice view with empty fridge although it’s all inclusive, no cups or forks/knifes/plates to use. The room was super dirty with disgusting dirty toilet brush covered with black mold, full of visible layer of dirt on the floor and Water with a bad smell coming out of the drainage when taking shower. The kids area at the pool is nice but high concentration of chlorine is making hard to stay for long, you can feel it slight burn in eyes and breathing just by sitting at the water We reported to the very nice lady in the reception which BTW let us do an early check in with a smile and was super kind about these and she said they’ll check.

Property had some good entertainment and things to do for kids. Things seems to start getting out dated WiFi to our room didn’t work for 2 days. Not being from Europe it makes it hard. Property started to see a little run down and in needs of a bit of a face lift. It’s would have been a really cool place to stay when built

Perfect for travelling with kids. They absolutely loved the hotel and the facilities. The buffet was also good and family friendly. Lots of choices and good timings. The pool staff can be a little aggressive at times

The flumes were excellent and the view from the rooms were lovely. Room was spacious but dated. The poolside areas were dirty and the bar staff were rude. Entertainment was limited and although the staff were super we had bingo and the same quiz 3x in our stay!

Really clean the rooms are a bit dated although very clean

Everything was amazing. Great view, big clean room , great food with big variety. Fun activities for children. We really enjoyed our stay!

All staff were very friendly and helpful esp. reception staff. Restaurant staff work extremely hard and were very helpful. Whole resort needs renovating Room was very large but out-dated, very dirty with cobwebs/ damp/ mould/ rust, not properly cleaned, lots of insects (big ants, spiders), often left open after cleaners had been in (which was annoying as the safe was an additional charge). Wasps & hornets constantly around dining areas, making it very unpleasant during dining. Lots of hidden costs- not all drinks are all inclusive, snacks during the day are limited and not good quality, free wifi only available in room and reception. Had to pay extra for beach beds. All sun loungers were old, rusty and falling apart. Pools were too cold. Closed by 17:55. Big slides- could only use one level at a time as didn't have enough life guards, so had to wait for life guard to close and open up one section before using another section, therefore leading to long queues.

Great staff, really nice and helpful. Lots of food, fresh and diverse. Nice slides for kids in the pool. Big rooms with small kitchen, big balcony with view. Nice entertainment team. The hotel was fully booked it was noticed in the pools that were full, it was hard to find a sit in the shade. In the pool (water) there is no shadow at all. The rooms are quite ugly, and the beds are not comfortable at all. It was really hard to get to Kos city - need to walk to main road (or take the hotel shuttle) then wait for the bus, quite a long time, for a 13 minutes drive. Another option is to order a taxi, but they were really busy so that took time as well. Probably in other months of the year when there are less tourists it is better.
