The View The facility has a smell of sewer gas when you walk in the door. A separate unpleasantry is sulphureous water. I have spent hundreds of nights in Poland experiencing the awesome hosts that are the Poles, this site is the most poorly hosted property I have stayed at in Poland.

The location was stunning and peaceful. Check-in and out was simple, it is all automated, a little weird not seeing staff. The breakfast was plentiful and had lots of choices. A great little getaway. That the people in the jacuzzi before us left it full of makeup, despite the clear instructions. Not the hotels fault, but maybe a good idea to get someone to check in between people. Wifi connection was down, but I didn't need it.

The beds were comfortable, good location, pretty views, clean and spacious Water smelled like metal and sewage, there were silverfish in the bathroom and the breakfast didn't have much choices

We chose the hotel because of the sauna and their cancelling policies. Unfortunately when we arrived the sauna was out of service. We were never informed upfront. Three other things also stood out. The hotel staff was missing in action all the time when you needed anything. And when they were present they didn't speak polish so we had to use a translator to get anything. The second thing were the beds that were simply terrible. You simply dropped through the mattress without any resistance. Finally the door codes have been defined so simplistically that anyone could guess them and open your door if they wanted to. Not to mention the digit lock is of low quality and sometimes you had to spend a few minutes to get the door opened because it was shutting itself off midway of code entry.

the location plus the view from the balcony was great! the breakfast could have been better, we didn’t receive any cold drink during one morning. At least watter would be great. the bathroom has its good days behind, too. The shower corner wasn’t very user friendly, plus we found a mould around here. staff could’t speak English
