The staff are super helpful. They respond immediately for any enquiries. The room is also clean and tidy. Nothing.

Staffs and room amenities is like a 5 star hotel. Slept really well on the cosy bed.

The staff has been exceptional with us, very friendly and super helpful with any request of ours. Moreover, we had a small issue with the water not working in our room for a couple of hours, but the staff was super kind and fixed the problem as fast as they could and to apologise they gifted us a piece of cake. Moreover, they had all the amenities we needed, hair dryer, air-con (which was already on in order to cool down the room), shampoo, soap, etc etc. Bed was comfortable. You could see that the room was basically new or refurbished not a long ago, but the building was a little bit sketchy. You wouldn’t say that you could find such a nice room in a building like that one. Another thing maybe the walls could have been a little bit thicker because during the night we could hear everything and there were a lot of people coming in and going out.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The bed was perfect for a great night's sleep, and the thoughtful amenities made my stay even better. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ensuring I felt at home. Honestly, I have no complaints at all!

Location is not quite safe especially for family with kids..The hotel is located on top floor of shop houses which the surrounding is mixed with local residençes.You need to put extra effort to get a car parking spot.

The location is near the waterfront and easy access to go around the city. not really soundproofing...light flickering sometimes

Owner/manager is extremely responsive via WhatApp. Unit is equipped with all the necessities and many features you might not except like a pair of socks for walking around inside and a power bank to use. Even though the unit is located squarely downtown you get zero street noise inside. On the small size but pics are accurate and prepared us properly.

Everything! The room is unbelievably clean and comfortable ?

Helpful staff with great communication and nice rooms. One of the best properties to stay in KK. We would happily stay there again when back. Stairwell up was covered in old cigarette butts. It’s a common external stairwell so we weren’t really surprised by this, but it was noticeable. Deluxe room needs a bit of work. Baseboard was coming off and we had to take care of a roach that was living there. But not a problem.

- Central location easy to get anywhere you want to go - Excellent staff to provide required information and reply soon for inquiry - Good furniture for basic needs . also provide portable charger although we will take by ourselves. - Room size is not big but enough for one person - It’s a residence of the old apartment/house, outside is old and no elevator, but the staff will help to carry up the luggage to the room.

Best place we’ve stayed at in Malaysia so far. Great location - right next to the KK night market. Really nice, clean room with so many amenities! Water, fridge (for all out market goodies) slippers, iron, + thoughtful details like an umbrella, and much more. All presented beautifully with nice ribbons and packaging. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and kind. They made sure that our every need was addressed. They even accommodated for a slightly later check out due to some issues we had. Very updated look + free upgrade to a window room. It is easy to see they take great pride in their accommodations and a positive experience for their guests. Loved our stay here and would come again. Can be a little noisy, but ear plugs were supplied so it wasn’t an issue.

Very nice and clean room

Fantastic central location, very clean with lots of little extras, coffee and tea, very comfy pillows and bed, nice towels and sheets. Very good customer service wanting to go out of the way to offer suggestions and help. Always responded promptly to questions. Don't be discouraged by the entrance..it looks a bit dingy and the staircase could be cleaned a bit more often with cigarette butts...but once you are in the apt, it was lovely. The picture of the signage made it easy to find and grab had no problem finding the location.
