Comfortable, location I liked most. I would have checked more for cleanliness before check in but my issues were addressed in real time

Slept really poorly because of the super hard bed. My friend had a decently comfortable bed on the floor above me. Nice cheap laundry services. No elevator, so if you are traveling with luggage this might be an issue. Right next to the family restaurant which you can try for lunch without the line.

Great location. Probably the best value for the money in all of Ao Nang. Housecleaners did a great job cleaning the room everyday. The room had everything I needed. Private bathroom, Kettle for making coffee or tea, places to unpack clothing, Excellent restaurants nearby. Helpful staff, mostly speaking English. I ended up staying seven weeks. Room was on the fourth floor. No elevator.

A very pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were very clean, the location offers plenty of restaurants nearby and is close to the beach. The only downside was the noise from parties in the middle of the night, but that’s unavoidable in this area ?

The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea and water were provided daily. Shower had hot water and there was a kettle in the room. The hotel is in the center of Ao Nang but at the end of the a side and more quiet street. Next door there is a very good restaurant. The pillow could be better.

This property exceeded my expectations. While it is a great value for money, the hotel seems to be renovated recently and combines great location with all necessary amenities if you want to stay in central Ao Nang. On top of that, the room had a balcony with nice sea and mountain view.

Position, they clean everyday if you ask Cleanliness was not good. Spiders everywhere. Bed uncomfortable. The AC position is not good in the room.

Friendly staff, cozy place close to everything. Walk 10min to Grace for good kayaks for trips to Raylee and Krabi At first I had a room in the front with extremely noisy music till late at night. However the friendly staff moved me when a room in the back was available. Kob khun khab

Nice room for the price, great location, close to the beach. Would stay again. Noise in the late night from the hostel or bar near this hotel. But it didn't bothered me much because I was tired and sleeped good. But for light sleepers this could be problem.
