The location was very good, the staff were helpful and very accommodating. The rooms are very big and the cleaners are excellent. The mattress was a bit too firm, the toilet flush was a bit inconsistent, the air con sometimes randomly wouldn’t respond for a few minutes.

We have stayed here before, but this time we booked the pool villas for 2 nights. They were very nice and great being able to access the pool from your balcony. Comfy beds and the resort is in a great location, just a short 5 minute walk down the main street to the beach. Shops and restaurants everywhere. It's a busy location, but once you walk around the back of the resort to the pool area, it's lovely. Nice gardens and water features. Plenty of sun lounges and the pool is lovely. Breakfast is ok but nothing special.

The only thing that is good is the pool and the location. Everything else, hard beds, 3rd floor w/o elevator, poor English of the staff, paid for a hotel room overlooking the pool, got the room in separate building overlooking building under construction, poor hygiene of restaurant, food tastes like shit and above all no hot water to take a decent shower and water leaking all over the bathroom. Stay away this is a rip off and a scam.

Bad smell in the rooms from the air conditioner, no elevator, very hot dining room, poor selection, very cold water in the pool, old rooms that are not maintained, it should be noted that the service at the hotel is good.

The property was fine on the whole. We opted for a pool access room. Not quite as nice as the photographs suggest, and. Not quite the experience we assumed we would have. The rooms weren’t particularly comfortable. But all in all, it was fine for a short stay

Room is very dark , not enough light , towels very old , most of time weather was raining , also the beach around is public beach , no private beach for the hotel, no elevator , in the hotel ., not good for senior people .

The location is very convenient for Ao Nang Beach, restaurants, and boats. The pool area is large and visually appealing, and the grounds are lush and tropical. this is not a 4-star property. The bed is extremely hard and the room had only two completely flat pillows, with no extras available. The shower setup is impractical and floods the bathroom floor, toiletries are limited to a very cheap shampoo/conditioner combo, and towels are minimal. The room had a strong durian-like odor and poor soundproofing, with road noise coming straight through. There is no power outlet in the bathroom, and bedroom outlets are loose and barely hold an international converter. Checkout felt hostile rather than hospitable. Staff require a room inspection before allowing guests to leave and warn about charges for nearly everything. Only one room key is provided, and the air conditioning only runs when the key is left in the wall, causing the room to become extremely hot whenever you leave. Staff overall were unfriendly and unhelpful, and breakfast was questionable and not something we looked forward to.
