הינו בהרכב של שני מבוגרים ושתי מתבגרות. לקחנו שני חדרי שינה מסוג deluxe premium room שהמלון סידר שנהיה חדר לייד החדר של הבנות שלנו. חדר השינה מרווח מאוד, המזגן עובד טוב ושקט. המקלחת מרווחת מאוד עם שני כיורים נפרדים, אסלה ודוש עם זרם מים טוב ומים חמים בכל שלב. נקיון - רמה גבוהה איכות השינה- המזרן רך מעט ולא קשה. אני מאוד אוהבת מזרן קשה אבל עדיין היה לי מאוד נוח לישון. בהזמנה המקורית ביקשנו חדר עם נוף לים. בגלל שבעלי קרא בקבוצת מטיילים שיש שיפוצים במלון, הוא מיוזמתו פנה למלון בשאלה בנושא ואז הם הודיעו לנו שלא נקבל את החדר עם הנוף שהוזמן, במקומו נקבל חדר ״משודרג״ (שכבר עבר שיפוץ) אבל עם נוף לגינה - האמת, זה יצא מגניב! אני יושבת במרפסת שמשקיפה לגינה עם נחל קטן טבעי שעובר בה ורואה סנאים, לטאות כוח ומקווה לא לראות גם נחש... אבל זה הרבה יותר מבדר מלבהות בים שגם ככה אני בוהה בו שעות מהכיסא בבריכה. הרבה יותר מגניב לי מנוף לים. בחדר יש גם מכשיר נגד יתושים בעלי הלך להתאמן בחדר הכושר ואומר שזה אחד מחדרי הכושר הכי טובים שראה במלונות בהם התארח. במלון מתקיימים שיפוצים באחד האגפים - לא הרגשתי שזה מפריע לי בשום צורה. יש שתי בריכות מאוד גדולות שפתוחות ולא היתה בעיה למצוא מקום ישיבה. חדר האוכל נעים. מכיל המון מנות מעניינות ומגוונות - כל אחד מבני משפחתי מצא מה לאכול שם. יש המון דוכנים של מנות מעניינות (עמדת ראמן בהרכבה אישית, עמדת אוכל הודי וכו...). למלון יש רצועת חוף עם גישה ישירה מבלי לחצות כביש. החוף היה נקי. אפשר לקחת קיאקים ללא תשלום נוסף . המרחב של המלון מאוד גדול ויש הליכה מנקודה לנקודה אבל הכל דרך שבילים שמובילים לגנים מטופחים, צמחייה טרופית - היתה תחושה של הליכה בגן טרופי קסום. מי שמתקשה ללכת, ניתן להזמין רכב גולף שמחכה ביציאה מהבניין לייעד המבוקש במלון (אנחנו לא השתמשנו בשירות זה, היה פשוט כיף ללכת) . המלון פשוט ריזורט מדהים והיה לנו בו ממש כיף ביציאה מהמלון לכביש הראשי ישנן מספר מסעדות נחמדות , אנחנו אכלנו במסעדת pakwan שהיתה מאוד נעימה וטעימה. יש 7/11 צמוד למלון, מכבסה צמודה ששם עשינו כביסה 60 באט לקילו. קצת מבודד ומרוחק מהמרכז. מי שלא אוהב חיות וחרקים פחות יתחבר לקונספט של מלון בתוך ג׳ונגל.

Beautiful location and friendly staff The rooms don’t have carpets, which is understandable in this climate, however it means that all the time the furniture that is being moved/dragged in the room above would make a lot of sound. It’s only issue thought for noise sensitive people like me.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with immaculate gardens, wonderful facilities and set right on the beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the in-room filtered water on tap, and the beach bag provided for using at the beach was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of local and western foods. Staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel app for ordering food, drink and services was very handy. Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Food and drinks were expensive as you'd expect. Would have loved some live music or fire show or entertainment in the evenings, as the hotel was very quiet at night.

Incredible staff and management tip to bottom. Great location on a beach that isn't busy of loaded with long boat traffic. Great pools and restaurants. Will 100% be going back. We booked last minute to escape another hotel that was full of cockroaches and other bugs, and we felt like we got lucky with Dusit. Honestly nothing to not like.

Variety of food, accountability when errors happen. 2 bags were stolen after housekeeping turned then in when I checked out. There is a picture showing the bags that were turned in. Clearly someone took them from list and found. They resort is not taking responsibility for their staff taking the bags.

Beautiful, vast resort set in stunning natural surroundings, with a private and secluded beach that feels truly peaceful. The scenery and views are absolutely wow. Complimentary SUP boards and kayaks were a great bonus, and the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely. The Club experience was outstanding — very indulgent, with excellent service that really elevated the stay. On the downside, the rooms feel a bit dated and could use a refresh. The lobby lacks comfortable seating, which makes it feel less welcoming than the setting deserves. Overall, the resort has amazing potential and charm, but some areas feel slightly old compared to the incredible location.

The Dusit Thani Krabi was so nice! This resort is located in an area on particularly quiet spot in Klong Muang beach. Even though there were many people staying in the Dusit Thani, it never felt crowded or busy at all. It was a wonderful place to relax and recharge. The beach was so quiet and nice, the water was amazing, clear and clean. The hotel had sun loungers by the pools, in grassy areas under the trees, on the sand, and on on a deck overlooking the water, so you could really move around a lot and pick different spots everyday to relax in. It was very peaceful. The breakfast was great too with a lot of options, both western and Thai, and kept us full until dinnertime. There is a 7/11 located conveniently right outside of the resort for snacks. After exploring other parts of Krabi, we were so happy we picked this area/the Dusit Thani. It was SO quiet compared to the more touristy and busier areas of Ao Nang, Raleigh, even further up Klong Muang Beach, etc.! The local area is very sparse, but there were one or two restaurants right outside of the resort that were good. You do need to Grab/taxi back and forth from this area to Ao Nang or the more populated areas of Krabi. There are kiosks right outside of the resort offering taxi services, though these were way overpriced compared to using the Grab app. I will say, one of the evenings we were planning to go into Ao Nang and could not get a Grab to come pick us up at all. We could have gone to the taxis outside of the hotel but they were so pricey (in comparison) we decided to just stay in. During the day we had no issues getting a Grab.
