The location and cafe was really nice The payment card machine was not working the whole time we were staying so paying with card was an issue and inconvenience

Everything! It offers so many creative and colourful touches, is friendly and welcoming, staff were gracious, patient and helpful and even offered us a room upgrade for our one night stay between travelling from Chiang Mai to Khao Sok Village. Close to the river and night market in Krabi Town, a lovely and good value place to stay. We were sorry we only had one night and wished we could have stayed longer. I can’t think of a thing, other than we just happened to stay on a Tuesday night and their little cafe was closed on Wednesdays and looked like it had such nice offerings. We were sorry to miss out.

No receptionist at night (unavailable for 24 hours). Felt unsafe. Security feels lacking. Door lock feels unsafe. We had to manually add some tables and chair in front of the door to feel safer. The pictures in this Booking.com website is not updated and does not reflect the real situation (There is no proper lobby as it was replaced by a cafe)

We love the central location, value for money is excellent. The restaurant is one of the best imo. And the staff are so nice! The rooms are really big, no noise and great balconies. We love everything.

Price was great and so was the location. As others have said in their reviews the beds are very hard and this did cause me some back pain after a nights sleep. I only stayed two nights but to be honest I wouldn’t want to have slept on that bed anymore nights.

Just fine Krabi was reasonably priced and is close to a beautiful river and market. Other shops were also close by. It doesn't have breakfast, but has a cafe/restaurant.

We arrived late from our flight during after office hours but the wonderful receptionist lady stayed up to let us in. The room and facilities were fantastic and it was the best thing we could’ve asked for after a long flight. Great value for money and very friendly staff. The late check out is a nice touch as well.

Room was quite big and had a nice vibe to it. Would have been nice to have a small fan either standing or wall mounted.

Good location, big room and quiet. They really need to do a deep clean as corners and fixtures were dirty. Also stairway lights were partially broken on the upper floors.

Bed was too firm, staff added padding

We were on the 4th floor and we had to ask the taxi driver to carry our bags up which he kindly did so we gave him a tip. The beds were a little on the hard side.

Atmosphere The room was old and not well maintained. It was a leak at the toilet. The bed was very stiff and pillow was a disaster. I don't recommend
