The rooms were clean, the staff were super kind and helpful. It was very nice we could message the main guy and get a ride to and from the beach during the day!

Love the staff! Super understanding of our travel schedule and offer to drive us back to the hotel to pick up luggage’s even though we checked out already. They also offer free rides to Ao Nang beach area everyday before 6pm. The room could use a little bit of improvement because I found ants on the table and the bed sometimes.

Cozy clean room with comfortable bed. Kettle and coffee, provided. Nice shower and generally quiet. Very friendly owner/ receptionist assigned me the newer casita. Only 12m walk to the main beach. floral deodorizer too strong. The walk to beach is on a busy main road, close to cars.

We especially want to thank the owner, Mit, and his wife — they are incredibly kind and always ready to help. Mit made our stay so much easier, arranging trips for us and even driving us to the town whenever we needed it. Truly a great experience, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone! If we visit Ao Nang again, we will definitely choose this accommodation once more. ?

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is quiet. The bathroom was adequate and the shower was hot. I think it’s advertised as two stars and that would be reasonable. The place is inexpensive and so one does not expect upscale. This stay was chosen, with the understanding that it was a budget option, and in many ways, it reflected that. The setting was quiet, which I appreciated, and the walk into Ao Nang takes about 25 minutes. In good weather, it would be straightforward, though parts of the route involve walking along a busy road without a sidewalk, something I wouldn’t be keen to navigate after dark because of the traffic. The stretch of heavy rain during my visit played a big part and shaping the experience. With limited indoor options in town on wet days, I spent more time in the room than planned and found there wasn’t a comfortable spot to sit apart from the bed. The small patio could’ve been a nice addition in better conditions, though it felt small and a little neglected, and of course wasn’t useable in the rain. It made me realize how helpful it is to have somewhere to relax indoors when the weather turns. There were a few minor details I might have wished were different about the room but they were in line with the price point and didn’t come as a surprise. The owners themselves were pleasant and welcoming. Overall, this place may suit travellers who plan to be out and about most of the day, and are looking for a simple, quiet base – especially when the weather cooperates.

The bed was so comfortable, the room is cozy, very clean, everything smelling good, dark at night, it was great to rest. Mit is such a good person, a great and gentil host, always there to help. It is a little bit far from the beach and most busy areas, and the road is a little bit dar at night, making it difficult to walk around.

Owner is so nice and hospitable. He will even give you free rides on his Lamborghini to the beach etc. The location is pretty good - not that close to centre however getting grab etc is very easy and cheap to do. 10 mins away drive to night market. Room was very clean & the outside was so cute, has a little koi fish pond. Overall very nice place to stay & excellent value for money. :)

Book. This. Place. If for no other reason, the free shuttle service and the location. It is unbeatable being a free shuttle (on demand!) from the beach but far enough out that you will get a perfectly silent night sleep. Host was SO kind, and one of the best English speakers we’ve met
