The staffs were so good . William is one of the kindest guy . He is so kind . The manager lady and the owner of the property who come at morning ahh they are so friendly and so kind . Also behind the resort (5min walking distance) you can find the beautiful Ao Nang Beach , ao nang night market and also the most important Seven Eleven ❤️ There is nothing wrong in that property that i dislike.

● The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. ● The location was also very convenient. ● I enjoyed sitting on the front patio drinking coffee in a garden atmosphere. The cooling was unsatisfactory. The air conditioning didn't seem to work well at all. I checked-in during the evening after a couple unexpectedly checked-out of the room. ((?)) I needed to wait 10 minutes for the room to be prepared, which is expected. But on entry, the room was warm. And since the air cooler is automatically turned-off when you take the room key out of the control box on the wall, rooms get warm quickly. Unfortunately, the air coolers cannot cool rooms quickly when you return at the end of a day of sightseeing. I was uncomfortable.

Location was amazing, around the corner from 7/11 and the night market, really easy to access everything. Staff were super friendly as well, especially William was able to get laundry done for a small fee. Definitely good value for money Water wasn't running in the middle of the night, everything else was great.

Really well located property, close to beach and night market. We really loved the overall vibes: the plants and greenery everywhere gave the place a nice tropical/relaxing vibe. The fridge wasn't very cold and we had a bit of trouble with the air conditioning.

By far the best stay in Thailand..property is so beautiful and serene..loved everyday waking up to this place..rooms are comfortable and clean..staff is super supportive and very welcoming..I had a great time..I totally recommend this property.. Location is superb

Great budget morel style accommodation. Very friendly staff. Was only there for one night for the close proximity to the Night Market (3 mins walk). Basic but clean with a comfy bed. Cute little Chihuahua dog running around the grounds. Nothing wrong with the accommodation, but the Night Market is a big disappointment compared to others I've been to. Also quite noisy and can be heard from your room, just to be aware.

Perfect location, short walk to the market and beach and 7-11, staff were lovely, room was always cleaned and fresh towels everyday, pool was perfect and never too busy, would recommend and stay again, William was so friendly and an asset to the team

William the very friendly and helpful staff man who checked us in, he was so easy going and helpful. the pool was good for cooling down and kids, our room was big , a kettle in the room was handy, the cleaning staff were very friendly too. Didn't think it was worth what I paid per night, needed to be renovated! Front door wasn't flush to the door frame, wide crack. No bug screens on windows and doors, so couldn't keep them open without mosquitoes coming in. Old furnishings in room. TV reception was bad. Bit noisy from road traffic.
