Very close to the beach, restaurants and 7-eleven!! The room was very small. Also, the bathroom shower was not very comfortable to use. Moreover, the AC was positioned so awkwardly that it cooled the room after 2-3 hours.

The grounds were well-kept, almost garden-like, rooms (bungalows) were cozy and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, and the beach and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The staff even arranged helping with laundry. Nothing negative to note

Peaceful and family oriented. Perfect location to beach and night market. I went solo so it’s perfect for families or solo traveling! Also, delicious food served everyday!

The location was fabulous. The light above the bed glows all night. Very strange.

For the area the price was good. We liked the location because it was in a quieter area, but yet close enough to walk to the beach and night activity. Lots of food choices and venders were nearby. Room was clean, mattress was firm and there was a nice little veranda attached to sit outside. The pool was clean and very enjoyable during the hot afternoons. A lot of tiny ants especially in the bathroom. The toilet water filled very high and did not flush very well.

GOOD CHOICES FOR BREAKFAST TO PICK FROM, ALONG WITH A FRUITS PLATTER. WE HAD IT INCLUDED. NICE CLEAN POOL, COUPLE OF MINUTES WALK TO THE BEACH AND MARKET.

The rooms could use some refurbishing, the bathroom especially could use some improvements, since everything gets wet when you shower and it dries very slowly given the humidity. I think with a bit of attention to detail and a few investments, the place could feel even cosier.

Great location set back so not a lot of traffic or noise. Very close walk to everything. Pool was fabulous. Grounds well kept. Room clean. Staff was very lovely. Owner and wife were very kind and helped me with a transport problems Only downside was moisture caused a strong smell in room especially the wood closet.

Loved Sabai Resort ....our flight from Bangkok was delayed and I advised resort of late arrival..No problems they welcomed although we was over the usual check in time ..Rooms very comfortable ..very clean and a perfect location to explore Au Nang.. Highly Recommended and will definately rebook when next in Au Nang Unfortunaly the pool was not available during our short stay because of deep cleaning ..but this is a credit to owners to ensure facilties are to a good standard

Booked 2 boat trips both very good, the Phi Phi Islands trip was wonderful The restaurant was only open 8am - 8pm so no good for an early breakfast or late dinner

Staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms and the complex were very clean. Swimming pool was super. It was really calm and only 4 minutes from Ao Nang centre and 1 minute from the beach. Would recommend Sabai Resort. Super. Petit déjeuner moyen !

nice stay for a short term. its not far away from the ao nang beach. the price was nice as for this area. they have really nice swimming pool as well. bungalows are small but clean. personel is nice. The night market Is just few steps from there and it is super cool Guys, improve the breakfast - sorry to say it but it's more a joke than food ;) on the first day I got a pure toast with a jelly - chemistry - something. It looked awful
